Thx for your feedback! Unfortunately, we have no control over neighbors parking on the street in front of our driveway, which is why we installed a parking pad, to allow ease of pulling in and out. Our listing discloses that there are no laundry amenities or an oven, only a cooktop; which should've been evident in the pics we have posted for this listing as well as the amenities list itself. We will take your advise on cooktop instructions and provide an outline for use for future guests. I'm glad you found the home to be clean and comfortable, as our standards on cleanliness are unmatched by most! Thx Adam!

It's disappointing to hear that you've described our property with such inaccuracies, given ALL of our ratings on competitor sites are 5 stars across the board. You were upset before ever checking in because you failed to research the property amenities fully before booking, then wanted to project blame onto us for amenities that aren't offered. The "dos and don'ts" list that you referenced are called "house rules." These are commonplace with STRs and are either listed inside the home, or, like ours, are provided with check-in details. Since you clearly didn't research our amenities, your highest chance for success in navigating our home was to provide house rules in a text direct to you. Even though we could not accommodate your very unreasonable, early check-in demands on a holiday, we managed to get you in before normal check-in anyway. But your thankless tone told us we had no chance of pleasing you for the rest of the stay no matter what we had to offer. Lastly, the "screen" next to the furnace is called a room divider. This is in place to DIVIDE and separate the location of the furnace/utility area from the rest of the living space. Since this is located in a cubby, isolated away from all things pertinent to one's needs, we didn't feel it necessary to display a photo. Shame on us.
