The apartment was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Very peaceful neighbor hood. Lovely place to stay better than any hotel. Would stay there again for sure.

This was a perfect apartment for a weekend event in the area. It was clean, well furnished, and in a quiet area. The hosts were very responsive and answered any questions I had. Bonus of some nice extra touches (coffee pods and a Brita pitcher in the refrigerator). I love any time I can visit the Ohio River and the unit is not far from South Point Park and the overlook to where OH, WV, & KY meet. I definitely hope to stay here again.

The place was clean and comfortable. Had everything a simple traveler would need, including in unit laundry. The hosts were very polite and communicated well, leaving no concerns about my stay. Would definitely stay here again for the price!

for the money the place would be hard to beat. owner was upfront about the lack of curb appeal. he was correct. but the inside of the unit was clean and comfortable.

This property looked questionable from the outside as it was in an industrial area but it was great. Inside was homey and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was clean. Communication with the host and hostess were easy and accurate. I would stay again.

Overall we loved staying here! We only had two minor complaints: the bed was a bit stiff and hurt our backs and the amount of spiders that liked to hang out on the staircase and balcony. Luckily no bugs at all in the house. The kitchen was great and both space was well laid out

The hosts were responsive and kind. The place was neat, clean and had everything we needed plus a few special touches. We felt very secure and comfortable there. No one lingering about and hardly any cars passing by. Steep stairs going up to the doorway so might be a challenge if physically disabled in some way. Overall, very pleased and no complaints here!

This place was great. The interior has everything that you would want. The design was thoughtful and the rooms were comfortable. I didn't cook during my time, but the kitchen was fully equipped and the fridge sparkling clean. All the electronics worked, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the air conditioning worked great. Also, communication was EXCELLENT. Not sure if I will pass through here again, but if I do, it is an excellent place for the price.My only caveat would be that the outside of the building made me pause a bit. It looked like there was construction going on; it was tucked into the back on a gravel drive and the unit next door had lots of stuff in front. Again, the unit itself was GREAT, but just be aware that the outside may be a little startling.
