About this space
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space. Newly renovated bathroom, bedroom and coffee bar at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is ready for your visit to the beautiful coastal town of Cohasset. It is a very short walk to both the harbor and downtown with coffee shops, French pastries and several restaurants and bars. Cohasset has easy access to the train to Boston or a 15 minute drive to the commuter boat, which is the best way to go! We are about halfway between Boston and Cape Cod.
The space
The studio space is attached to the house but has its own exterior entrance and is very private. There are only peaceful woods on that side of the house. The unit is fully self contained and has a dedicated parking space. There is a patio and chairs for you to have a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine al fresco.
Other things to note
There is a private exterior entrance. The space is self contained and very separate from the rest of the house. It is a large studio room with very comfortable brand new queen bed and a love seat sofa. I could potentially provide a foam floor mattress for one additional person but please keep in mind that would share the sleeping area. The foam mattress could be stored in the closet during the day.

It is a 1/4 mile walk to the harbor and about 1.5 miles to Sandy Beach. There are amazing walks around town... look for the path behind the Lightkeepers / Bancroft Hall up to Beacon rock with a birds eye view of the harbor!

Downtown Cohasset has lovely restaurants and a couple of bars. A VERY good coffee shop (Seabird) and an authentic French bakery (French Memories) with delicious treats! All of these are about a 5 minute walk.

If you are going to Boston, the commuter rail stop in North Scituate is just over a mile away or my favorite way to travel is the commuter ferry in Hingham Harbor that is a 15 minute drive. It runs all year and is VERY reliable!
