The bedroom features elegant decor, wooden floors, large closets, and a cozy queen-size bed with nightstands. Lush greenery outside the windows ensures a peaceful sleep

The renovated bathroom features a large shower, sink and toilet.

Washer and dryer are located in the entrance of the condo.

This rental is subject to the approval of a Home Owners Association (HOA) which can take up to 3 weeks.
The HOA application fee (charged per guest or per married couple) is not included in the booking fee. The fee ranges from $53 to $96, depending on your application type. This amount is subject to change.
