With 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, this gorgeous house is perfect for large groups. This large, modern home provides ample room for extended families to enjoy a private, secluded setting with mountain views 3 miles from Mount Snow and 3 miles from downtown Wilmington, near River Valley Market, Adams Farm and 2 lakes. Ski, sled, skate and snowshoe in winter, hike, bike, golf and swim in summer, and enjoy spectacular fall foliage.

It has a large, two-level deck with a hot tub and gas grill, a small sledding hill next to the house, a private pond, wi-fi, and a cable tv in every room. Our family has been enjoying vacationing here for over 40 years. Our second generation of owners has recently updated the kitchen, bathrooms and other areas of the property.

The entire house and the hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected before every rental. Guests have full, private occupancy. A property manager is available to deal with any problems. Owner can be contacted 24/7.

We have a large, wood-burning fireplace in the living room (and lots of firewood). The dining table seats 12. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has service for 16.

If all guests are singles the maximum capacity is 9. Otherwise, up to 12 guests are permitted. Prior rental references acceptable to the owner are required.

Each bed has a mattress cover, pillows, and a duvet. SHEETS AND TOWLS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

We have a short-term rental permit from the Town of Wilmington, and we have complied with all Vermont safety requirements. We have smoke detectors in every room, a fire alarm system, and every bedroom has a second means of egress.
