This is a cozy condo with a nice screened-in porch overlooking the pool plus an ocean view. We had all the amenities we needed, It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had a very relaxing week enjoying walks on the beach, the pool and yummy fresh seafood from the local restaurants. We'll definitely be back.

Proximity to the beach and pool was awesome. The screened deck was a savior after a hot day in the sun.

The ocean view description is misleading in the property description. True, you see the beach when you are on one side of the balcony. But it is limited.The balcony doors are in serious need of oil! It is very hard to open them.There is not a single box of kleenex in the apartment.Finally, since we do pay a cleaning fee, why do we have to collect all the trash bags and go outside to find a garbage container to dump them?Other than those issues, it was fine.

We enjoyed our short stay at this property and would stay again. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. I feel more cleaning on the shower and grout is needed. The screened in porch was my favorite place to , cushions were clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen other than the refrigerator but it seemed well stocked. The bed was comfortable and everything was crisp and clean.Check in was a little hectic but it was partly my fault as I did not sign all documents in a timely manner. The office was closed so we had to use after hours number for help. It was all resolved within an hour.Getting to the beach was an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay and if we return would stay again.

Check in was a little awkward at the gate because we were not sure what to provide. The person at the gate was very nice and let us in when I explained we were renting and shared my email. Only other issue was the tractor work that was very loud all night long on both Thursday and Friday night.

Overall a nice place and nice location. Beach restoration was loud and 24x7. Yes they gave us a heads up on day we arrived but magnitude of the work was far under communicated. Otherwise, overall inside was clean and comfortable and would stay again. Few friendly points to make things better: the outside patio and deck were sandy and unclean, beach chairs provided are rusty and should be thrown away, kitchen plates and pots and pans and cups and utensils seem like they were bought at goodwill and could all be replaced with new ones for under 200. Time for a refresh.

We can see that an update was sent out via email about the Beach Renourishment project both on the day you booked, and on the day of arrival with links to the City of Isle of Palm's website with full disclosures on the project and what to expect. We apologize that it was abrasive, and sympathize with the timing of the project, however our beaches will surely benefit from the additional sand. Thank you for the feedback on the condo, we will wok on those improvements for the future!

Simple paradise

It was so nice to stay somewhere quiet that all you can hear is the ocean. Also having a mattress so nice that you don’t need to go to the chiropractor while on vacation. It felt like home but with an ocean view and sound. The pool was not crowded which was great for our infant. 10/10 will stay here again.

Wonderful beach condo

This was our second time staying in this condo. It is exactly like the photos and is so, so close to the beach. The screened porch makes morning coffee or evening wine delightful and bug-free. Everything in the condo worked as expected and communication with the rental company was very good.
