Welcome To Babcock National Golf & Country Club ~ Welcome to a Resort Paradise! This former Arbor Model / Terrace condo is located on the 3rd Floor and offers guests 2 Bedrooms & 2 Full Bathrooms. This condo has been professionally designed & Furnished with every attention to detail throughout the home. With 1198 Square Feet of living space and Million Dollar views of Lake Babcock and the 10th Hole, you'll love catching the sunsets on the horizon, from your Rear Screened Lanai.
(This unit offers a SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP ONLY - NO GOLF TRANSFER) The gracious Owner's suite boasts a comfortable King sized Bed, 2 generous walk-in closets and a beautiful En-suite bath. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condo, with a Queen sized bed and an adjacent full bathroom w/ access to the Full Size Washer & Dryer. Babcock National offers superb amenities such as a First-Class Clubhouse that includes a Bar, Fine Dining Restaurant, Card Rooms, Locker Rooms and more. There are Multiple Tennis & Pickleball Courts, A Resort Style Pool, Lap Lane Pool, Hot Tub / Spa and 3 additional satellite pools and Outdoor Grills throughout the community.
