During high season months (Jan, Feb & March), rentals must begin on the 1st of the month.*Completion of the HOA Transfer Membership forms & payment of a one-time $150 Social Amenity Transfer Fee is required. This fee applies per lease (not per person). All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival.*Amenity Card Policy: The HOA approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 1621. Verification may be required.
