Provincetown Modern Townhouse, Minutes from the Ferry & Town
*10-minute walk to the Boston ferry at MacMillan Pier
*3-minute walk to the Provincetown Town Hall on Commercial Street (center of town)
*8-minute walk to Atlantic House & Crown & Anchor
Built-in 2015, the unit features two bright floors of hotel-style living space, dedicated onsite parking, and a private outdoor patio with seating. All steps away from lively Bradford & Commercial Street.
First Floor:
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the living area. Upon entering, you will find a living space featuring a sectional sofa & seating, a Wi-Fi-enabled TV, and a remote-controlled gas fireplace. A French door leads to a private landscaped bluestone patio equipped with a gas-lined Weber grill & dining area. The kitchen opens to the living area and boasts a large quartz waterfall island with seating for four, full-sized stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. Off the kitchen, there is a two-piece powder room that completes this floor.
Second Floor:
Sleeping Area 1:
At the top of the stairs is a bright and spacious loft area with a bunk room with two beds (one full/queen and one twin). The loft has its own climate control, dresser, and laundry facility with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Sleeping Area 2:
Adjacent to the hallway is a full bathroom equipped with a glass-enclosed shower and heated marble flooring. The second sleeping area at the rear of the unit, off the hallway, is a spacious room with a king-sized bed, two ample closets, nightstands, and a dresser for storage.
