Went there with a group of 10 friends for the Chiefs v Chargers game and had a great time at the property. With so many different amenities we had plenty to do and enjoyed every ounce of it. Check-in and out was very easy and the owners were excellent communicators. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone as it has everything. We will be returning next year for the game, go chiefs!

The rooms was beautiful and the activities in the house was fabulous for all ages with hours of fun. The back patio was nice and relaxing that can make you spend hours just relaxing. I really love the idea of the games in the garage keeping kiddos in one area and noise staying in one area of the house and the basement is fabulous all i can say there is enough room for everyone without everybody in each other space will return at a later date.

Five-Star Stay!

Wonderful place to gather with friends and family, easily accommodated a group of 15 and offered so many options for entertainment - something for everyone. Spacious areas for gathering in the kitchen, outdoor grill and deck, basement, living room and the garage gameroom. The place was clean and offered comfortable and clean furniture, beds/linens, and bathrooms.

Family Trip

We TRULY enjoyed the home, there was more than enough space for all of us to hangout comfortably. We all enjoyed the numerous games and movie theater too! Late night blackjack & poker with four generations of family was fantastic. It’s the best time we’ve had as a family in years and we’re already considering coming back next year!

Game room stay

The house was exactly as it is reflected on the website. The home was very clean and the management company was quick to respond. Our favorite room was the lower level the atrium and the poker table. We had a group of eight and the kitchen and eating areas easily accommodated everyone. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

This house was the perfect place for us to stay. We had 4 adults and 6 teen boys. The boys loved all the amenities as did the parents. The house was clean and well stocked. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We just wish we could find this same house in every city that we travel to.

We were optimistic about our stay at this home and it surpassed our expectations. We had a family trip including children as young as 2 and grandparents as old as 70. The house had plenty of room, was clean and orderly. There were many “extras” available if needed including a baby bathing seat, booster seats, pack n play crib, etc. The kids were never short of activities. They enjoyed the garage “game room” which had many fun activities and was climate controlled. Bonus they had a peloton bike there, and even a few sizes of shoes that happened to fit my wife and I. We did nightly movie nights in the basement theatre. Technology all worked as planned and they had instructions for any of the more complicated tech equipment. The kitchen was stocked with anything we may have needed. We grilled several evenings and there was an extra propane tank, even though we didn’t need it. Nice kitchen range, microwave, air fryer / toaster, and utensils. The highest level rooms did get warm, but it was also over 100 multiple days we were in Kansas City. They had ample fans supplied that can be placed where needed in the house. The check in was smooth, check out was easy with minimal checklist to do. The location was 15-30 minutes from all of our main activities. Bonus there was a gas station near and a Walmart neighborhood very near for any grocery needs.Overall this was a great spot for our family trip and we recommend particularly for families and large family groups!
