Escape to tranquility in our brand-new mountain getaway! Our home boasts stunning views of the continental divide and untouched open land, ideal for observing wildlife and taking in breathtaking sunsets. We're also conveniently located in the Granby Ranch resort neighborhood, with skiing, dining, mountain biking, golfing, and more just a 3-minute drive away!
The space
***Please note- we do have construction next door through summer 2025, and our rates are reflective. This is a brand new home/listing and TV's, a brand new hot tub, and other furnishings have been added. New photos coming soon!
Create unforgettable memories in our brand-new 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, nestled in the heart of Granby Ranch! Our home features a split-level floor plan, all amenities one could wish for, and parking for 4 vehicles.
The main level of our home features a thoughtfully designed open floor plan. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a large, fully stocked kitchen and a dining room that comfortably seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The dining area seamlessly flows into the inviting living space, which boasts a massive sectional sofa and two additional chairs—ideal for cozy family movie nights. A large TV and a custom fireplace enhance the warmth and charm of this area.
Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a full bathroom, perfect for guests during gatherings on the main level. Across the hall lies the master suite, featuring a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy.
The lower level is designed for comfort and convenience, offering three additional bedrooms, a bathroom with large stand up shower, and a laundry room. The first two bedrooms come equipped with queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom is a fun bunk room, featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunks and additional trundle twin mattresses, making it perfect for kids.
Our home comfortably sleeps 12 guests in beds, with the option to accommodate up to 14 if smaller children are using pack-and-plays.
Step outside through the patio doors on the main level to discover our expansive back deck, complete with a private hot tub. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding views while sipping morning coffee or unwinding after a long day of skiing!
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, rice cooker and waffle maker).
Other Amenities:
The Ranch House at Granby Ranch (5 minutes away by car) has a ping-pong table, foosball, and a fitness center with weights, treadmills, etc. Current rates for guests of Granby Ranch: $10 for a Day Pass per guest (kids 6 and under are free). Simply provide a copy of your reservation with the address showing.
Location:
- 3 minute drive to Ski Granby Resort Parking Lot (where entrance, the Ranch House, and
the various seasonally-available dining options are located).
- Hiking and Biking Trails accessible outside the property.
- 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch Golf Course
- 8 minute drive to Grand Elk Golf Course
- A Disc Golf Course is available during the Summer via chairlift access via day lift passes.
- Lift-accessed downhill mountain biking and cross-country trails available. (Requires
signed liability waiver and either a day pass or lift ticket purchase)
- 30 minute drive to Grand Lake and the Kawuneeche Visitor Center in Rocky Mountain
National Park
- 30 minute drive to Winter Park Ski Resort
- 20 minute drive to Hot Sulphur Springs
- 20 minute drive to Lake Granby
- 8 minute drive to City Market (Groceries), McDonalds, & Subway
- 10 minute drive to town of Granby
House Rules:
1. Please respect Granby’s quiet hours: 9PM to 7AM. Renter is responsible for all costs
related to noise violations received during their stay.
2. No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction
and a $1500 fine.
3. Only four vehicles maximum at this property (two inside the garage and two in the
driveway). No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine and tow. Renter
is responsible for any costs incurred.
4. Minimum 25 years of age to rent.
5. This house is smoke-free and vape-free. This is also a policy of Granby Ranch. By renting
this house, you are agreeing to not smoke in this house. Your deposit is forfeit if
evidence of smoke is found upon check out.
6. Owner and Winter Park House are not liable for damages, loss, theft, or injury to guests.
The supervision and safety of all children are the direct responsibility of Guests, Parents,
or Caretakers of any child on the property.
7. No boats or trailers are allowed. This is HOA policy. Any fines from the home owner
association will be taken out of the refundable deposit.
Important to note-
Please be aware there is on-going construction nest door. This is slated for completion by Summer 2025. Inside the house, the external noise is truly barely perceptible. Because of this, our rates are discounted.
