Enjoy a fantastic mountain experience at Summit Retreat, a luxurious ski-in/out condo at the Base Camp One complex at Granby Ranch. Our newly refurbished 3-bed, 2-bath home offers a warm, cozy ambiance with great views of the valley and Rocky Mountains. Located right at the base of the ski area, you’ll have quick access to the main lift for skiing in the winter or biking in the summer! After a day of enjoying nature, come home to relax by our cozy fireplace or enjoy the views from the patio.
At McAdams Properties, we pride ourselves on providing amazing vacation experiences! We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. We also have local resources standing by, if needed.
Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

• Ski-in/Ski-out - Walk out the back door and hop on the main lift at Granby Ranch or grab a meal/drink at the bar and grill
• Shopping center for groceries, gas, liquor, Starbucks, McDonalds - 5 min drive

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the heated garage below the complex. A storage locker for ski or and golf equipment is available for your use in the locker room on the first level. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use.
There is a community fire pit and seating area outside the condo building that is available for use. There are also community grills by the fire pit.
The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. Granby Ranch has recently changed their policy for guest use of the community pool and community trails. Here are the details:
Pool: If you would like to use the community pool or hot tub, you will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 pass per person/per day. Children 8 and under are free and this also includes access to the clubhouse, game room and fitness center. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.
Our home includes everything you need to make your stay enjoyable including updated finishes, tasteful furniture, modern electronics and breathtaking views. Perfect for families, this property can sleep 6 guests.
The condo includes a gas fireplace, open concept living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, and a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of space to prepare all your meals. There’s ample room for your group to spread out and relax! After a long day hiking, fishing, or on the slopes, hang out inside and enjoy the cozy fireplace while watching our favorite TV show, or head down to the Ranch Hall (paid day pass required) to soak in the heated pool or hot tub.
Free parking is included. We have one garage space with additional outdoor parking available down the street.
