The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a spacious island—ideal for cooking, entertaining, or gathering over morning coffee. Enjoy a stocked coffee station with drip coffee maker and Keurig (K-cup) options, plus hot chocolate, pods, sugar, and flavored creamers.





The dining area seats six, with additional seating for four at the island—perfect for group dining, family meals, or après-ski gatherings.





A built-in mudroom near the entry provides convenient storage for ski gear, snowboards, hiking boots, and outdoor equipment—keeping everything organized after a day on the mountain.





Relax in the main living room featuring a gas fireplace, smart TV, and built-in speakers—ideal for cozy nights after skiing or exploring. A curated collection of local guides helps you discover the best of Granby, Winter Park, and Grand Lake.





A nearby full bathroom adds convenience for guests on the main level.





The main-level primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with mountain views, a smart TV, and a dedicated remote work setup with adjustable standing desk, ergonomic chair, Bluetooth keyboard, and mouse—perfect for work-from-home stays in the mountains. The spa-style ensuite includes double vanities and a walk-in shower.





Step outside to the elevated deck—one of the home’s standout features. Grill on the propane BBQ or gather around the fire pit while watching the sunset over Granby Ranch Resort. This space is perfect for enjoying Colorado’s fresh mountain air.





The laundry room (washer/dryer included) connects to a heated garage with ample space for skis, bikes, golf clubs, and outdoor gear. Parking for up to four vehicles (2 garage + 2 driveway; no street parking per HOA).





The lower level is designed for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a second living area with smart TV, built-in speakers, and a retro arcade machine with 3,000+ games. A selection of board games makes it ideal for family game nights. The couch converts to a full-size sleeper sofa.





Step out to the lower patio and enjoy the private hot tub—perfect after skiing, hiking, or a long day of adventure. Spa towels are provided.





The lower level features three thoughtfully designed guest bedrooms, each providing comfort, style, and relaxation:





1. Queen with Twin Trundle Room – Includes a smart TV.

2. Bunk Room – A perfect space for families, this room includes a twin-over-double bunk with a twin pull-out trundle, along with a pack ’n play and baby seat for little ones.





Bedrooms one and two are located just steps from a full bathroom for added convenience.





3. King Suite – Offers privacy and luxury with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath featuring both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.





Every bedroom includes premium linens, blackout shades, noise machines, wireless phone chargers, and extra blankets and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries for a spa-like experience.





To elevate your stay, we partner with trusted local businesses to offer private chef services, catering, floral arrangements, and curated experiences—perfect for special occasions or elevated mountain getaways.





Other things to note: When booking this property, Mirá Stays requires a non-refundable $35 damage waiver (plus tax) to help protect both guests and property owners.





This property is not equipped with air conditioning. Open up the windows and let the fresh mountain air flow through. Ceiling and box fans are located throughout the property to help create a pleasant breeze.





Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that Chain and Traction Laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you are comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

With wide trails, Granby Ranch Ski Resort is ideal for beginners, providing a relaxed atmosphere compared to larger resorts. For more extensive skiing and snowboarding, Winter Park/Mary Jane is just 15 minutes away, easily reached by car or the hourly bus from Silvercreek that drops off directly at the lift.





As the seasons change, Granby Ranch transforms into a hub for summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and golfing. The 18-hole golf course, extensive trail network, and breathtaking mountain views make it an ideal setting for outdoor fun. Anglers can enjoy fly fishing along three private miles of the Fraser River (catch-and-release, artificial lures only), while nearby lakes—including Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grand Lake—offer opportunities for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and even ice fishing in winter.





Guests also have access to The Ranch House amenities, just a 3-minute drive away. The Ranch House features a cozy lobby with a fireplace, a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, locker rooms, and a family room with a changing station.
