Welcome to The Colonnades 903, a spacious and luxurious corner unit offering breathtaking views of the Gulf. This beautiful condo features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it the perfect beach retreat for families or groups. The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to a private balcony, allowing you to enjoy the stunning Gulf views. The room is equipped with a new 65" mounted Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. This condo comfortably sleeps 12 guests, providing ample space for your family or group to unwind and enjoy everything the Gulf Coast has to offer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wet bar, and a dining table for all your culinary needs.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, direct access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed, with a full bathroom across the hall, while the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds and a set of bunk beds, with its own ensuite bathroom. For added convenience, the unit also features a queen sofa sleeper.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Room was very nice and clean. Check in was easy. The only issues were maintainence related. The handle was not attached to the shower in the king bedroom (non-master) and the door to the bedroom wouldn't lock. The front door latch would get stuck at times as well. Issues were shared on same day as check in, but maintenance wasn't done before we checked out. Also, we couldn't find a sauna on the property even though it's listed.

Family Trip

The property was pictured and described as well. However,The first day of arrival, one of the showers was broken. we reported to the rental property, and the report was ignored. There was only one parking pass given. We had to pay for an additional parking pass 70. The property was clean. We wouldn't want to rent from the property rental company again.

Master bathroom issues

Property was in a good location to restaurants and live music. The only issue we had was with the toilet in the master bathroom- it kept clogging even after maintenance came to fix it. The shower in the master also was not working, but that was fixed with the visit from maintenance.

Disappointed

I was dissatisfied about the parking and the way the unit wasn't properly cleaned. There were coke bottles on the counter as well as two bags of trash that I threw away. Not only did I have to purchase an additional parking pass when 2 should've been complimentary with the reservation per security. I had to park my car almost 15 minutes away from where I am staying because of a new policy that was put in place on March 1st that only two cars can park on the premises during the busy season. This was an inconvenience. I had to keep getting dropped off to my car in a lot where there isn't any security or patrolling so it's at my own risk including still being towed. The second overflow parking location charged 20 a night. Who wants to come on vacation and deal with this type of inconvenience and worry if something is happening to your car such as thief, burglary, or towed. It was so frustrating as the website didn’t have this in the description otherwise I wouldn't have booked this property or at least made other arrangements to only have two vehicles. I looked at the parking lot at 2am and it was empty as well as every morning. I feel like I could've bought a pass to park especially due to the inconvenience. My family and I drove a long way to get here. I visit Gulf Shores/Orange Beach several times through the year and this is the very first time that I have encountered such dissatisfaction. The balcony doo in the living room didn’t lock but the unit was nice

Wonderful Vacation & relaxing fall break!

We came to gulf shores for a family vacation over fall break! This property was wonderful at the Lighthouse Penthouse suite! The owner was kind enough to off us to stay here at no additional cost as where we originally booked was being renovated! Everything was great! View was amazing, property was very clean! The jet tubs didn’t work, but that wasn’t N issue for us! We loved our stay! Thank you for a wonderful reset over fall break!

Family Vacation

My husband and I brought our 5 children down to Gulf Shores for the first time ever and booked at the Colonnade. We were very satisfied with the facilities and our condo. It afforded our family plenty of space to retreat to our own rooms/bathrooms or come together at the dinner table. The location is central to almost everything. The only minor blemish, there was mold on the bunkbed rooms’ shower curtain. Overall, the stay was fabulous and just what we wanted!!

Ocean front condo

Loved the location and the spacious living areas. Areas that could be improved: carpets need to be cleaned, the shower door in master bathroom was filthy (I cleaned off lots of black gunk from the bottom). I washed the tile floors and needed to change the water several times after I arrived. The wind whistled through the door into the unit. Sofa needs a good cleaning. We loved being on the beach watching the dolphins. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. The extra blankets were appreciated.

A little mixed up

The condo is in a beautiful location, with amenities(pool, hot tub, fitness center), was definitely what we were needing with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Beds were all very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked the majority of the time. I was just alittle confused about the beach restoration project that closed the beach with all the construction equipment running 24-7 for the first two full days of our stay. We were very happy with the condo itself, just wondering if we could have been notified about the noisy restoration project ahead of time, I’m sure someone must have known about it with our stay coming. As I said the place was great itself, and once the construction was gone we enjoyed the remainder of our time resting and walking the beach.

Beautiful and Spacious!

This place was amazing for our large crew of adults and kids. It had so much more space than we could have imagined. Plenty of bathrooms, so fighting over showers was not an issue. Pool and hot tub access were fantastic. The place was clean and well-supplied. We would definitely stay here again

Family trip 2023

This condo was great for our large family. The unit was very large, clean and spacious! The only complaint that I shared with the rental property was the horrible problem with the trash!! I complained about the horrible smell in the elevator lobby and nothing was done to clean up the overflowing and very messy “trash room”! We seen maggots in the elevator lobby and could smell the horrible smell all the way by the pool. I don’t know how often the trash truck comes to empty the dumpster but it would be a great idea for it to come by several times a week or even every day if that would help keep it cleaned up! Over all, we enjoyed this property very much and had a great vacation!!

Better than hoped for

Great views and impressive condo. I saw several mentions in prior reviews that had issues with security. We had no issues with them and our only interaction with them was with them was courteous. I would say that maybe the mattresses are due for an update and could have been a more comfortable but not so much that it stopped me giving 5 stars

Perfect for our family

We had 4 households stay together for a 4 night stay. This place was perfect for our needs. Very clean and nice. Check in/out was very easy. Location was close enough to activities you could walk, but far enough away the entertainment did not keep you up at night.

My daughter is getting married and we took her bridal party and my best friend and grandkids. Highly recommend the colonnades. Easy to get too perfect location. Quiet pool is great for little kids and beach omg was beautiful. We will definitely be back.
