Welcome to your peaceful oasis in the heart of the city! This charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and convenience. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet just steps away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions, this space is perfect for travelers seeking both tranquility and accessibility.

Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

Within a 0.5 mile walk, you can get to Albertsons (grocery store), Wendy's, gas station, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box and a bar and grill. A 0.7 mile walk will get you to Boise's Greenbelt which is a walking/running path. It goes along the Boise River and is 25 miles long. The heart of downtown is a 10 minute drive (2.5 miles). Sunset Park is .04 miles from the home and has a playground, tennis court, basketball court, and often has food trucks and music in the summer.

Main floor: Enjoy a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, instant pot, crockpot, blender, Keurig, expresso machine, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table with seating for 6 people.

Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the two comfortable couches, or play an assortment of games provided. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well as a wine fridge and record player.

Upstairs: two, comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with a full bathroom that has a standup shower. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The washer and dryer is also on the second floor.

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, fans and much much more!

The back patio has seating for four, and a small fire pit. There are many gorgeous plants in the back yard and walkway. Wood is not provided.

There is a two car garage through the alleyway. There is street parking in front of the home as well.

This property does not provide cable. It does have a smart TV in the living room and primary bedroom with many streaming apps that you can log into.

The area is very accessible to Uber and Lyft. Having a vehicle, scooter, or using an uber would be ideal for leaving the home.

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.

The fireplace is not for use in the home.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
