The whole home is yours!

With you in mind, we have packed this house with the essentials for a long and comfortable stay. You will have full access to the home's thermostat for heating and air conditioning to dial in your comfort level.

The home is a single level and has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed and large smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed as well as a comfortable couch for relaxing in.

The kitchen has been filled with the amenities allowing for home cooked meals and baking. You will find pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, bowls, cooking spoons and ladles, blender, microwave, coffee maker, spices, first aid kit, cleaning supplies and so much more.

The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms has a shower/tub combo. It is fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and make-up towels.

The living area has a large smart TV, two couches for seating, and a comfortable chair. Toys and board games are essential in our family and so some have been provided for use at this lovely home as well. The open concept layout makes visiting with family easy! The dining room is equipped with four chairs and there is also a small sitting table with two extra chairs. Whether you are watching TV or making a meal, the whole home is together.

In the backyard, you will find a fire pit and several chairs. There is a vintage truck for any photography needs, and horseshoes for fun! There is one parking spot behind the home in the alley, but you are more than welcome to park on the street in front of the home.

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $100.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
