Beautiful newly remodeled Beach House only 34 Steps to the Sand! Private home located on the North End of the Island of Clearwater Beach. Relax on the back patio deck around the heated pool or enjoy the abundant outdoor furnishings and the lush tropical grounds. The comfort of this fully renovated Clearwater Beach house will be beyond your expectations!

This 5 Bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 10 adults and 2 children and has beautiful tropical landscaping. Professionally decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. Bedrooms are 1 king bed & 4 Queen Beds, all mattresses are brand new, custom-made for extra comfort.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets surround this beach home. Walk barefoot in the soft white sands and swim in the warm gulf waters. After the beach, enjoy a private outside shower and relax on our second floor sun deck with a cocktail and watch the sunset.

If it's nightlife, shopping or dining your after, our home is a 10 minute walk to the wonderful shops, exciting nightlife, many restaurants and popular Pier 60.

Clearwater Beach was recently rated in the TOP '5' best beaches in the state of Florida by Cable TV's Travel Channel.

In addition, our beach stretches for over 5 uninterrupted miles which includes Caledesi Island which was just named the #1 beach in America by Dr. Beach!

House was spacious, bright and clean. Great space for our big family. The walk to the beach was 3 min and we appreciated being on a quieter part of Clearwater. Shops still walkable. Host was very accommodating. Kitchen was stocked. Beds were comfortable. Lots of nice beach gear to use. Pool is small but otherwise no complaints. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Great place for family vacation.

The house was spacious and the heated pool was the best, the little kids played for hours. 2 minute walk to the beach. Stores were also close by.

Great Location

Overall the location and amount of space that the 12 of us had was awesome! The location to the beach and the main strip of restaurants and shops is really perfect. Since the rental is in a residential area and further north than the hotels, the beach was never crowded and we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here! You just cross the street to the beach walkway. With the pool/table/chairs out back, the covered front patio, and the rooftop deck there was always a nice place to relax.

Spring break

Our family booked this house for our spring break trip. The size of the house is great for multiple couples plus kids. The location is great and having the pool is an added bonus. We had a great week and would stay again!

Amazing Family Vacation Rental

We rented this home for our family of 4 plus Grandma & Grandpa and aunt and uncle. It was plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect with very easy access to the beach. Also walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The home was very clean, updated and comfortable. We had the very best time and would love to return again!

Great for families

Our family vacationed together the week of Christmas/New Years and we loved the location. The house had plenty of room and my 3 year old grandson swam in the pool every day even though the weather was cool.

Excellent property!

This house is in an amazing location- close to a beautiful less busy beach but within walking distance to the excitement of the Pier/bars/restaurants and so on. The house offers decent sized bedrooms with plenty of space to gather together indoors and outdoors.

Our annual family vacation.

We all loved our stay. The house was clean, plenty of space for our family and so very close to the beach. The kids found quite a few sand dollars and we saw 4 or 5 HUGE manatees swim next to us in the Gulf. Great experience.

Beach paradise

Our two families had an amazing stay over spring break. This house had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was so incredibly wonderful and the hot tub was a huge plus. Check in and check out was easy and all questions during our stay were answered quickly. I would highly recommend this property for your beach getaway.

Very cozy house across the street from a perfect beach location away from the main crowds

The place was great! Communication with the manager was very pleasant. The beach location was perfect for us. We could enjoy being away from the crowds out with a short walk we could be on the main strip for any desired entertainment. Everyone was comfortable.

Wonderful property

Beautiful home in a great location! Just like the description said, steps from the beach. The location is away from the hotels so the beach was never crowded, traffic was minimal yet you could get to the shops and restaurants easily. The home was spacious enough for the family. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place

Very nice place to stay. Right across from the beach. Pretty close to ride the trolly to restaurants, shops and the pier. Quiet neighborhood with no disturbance. Plenty of room for the ten of us with five bedrooms and three baths. Would highly recommend!
