Inside the cottage, you'll find a warm and inviting space awash in blues and whites with modern amenities to make you feel at home. The open-concept living area is bathed in natural light, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, comfy couches and a fireplace. Step outside to your private deck to enjoy morning coffee or sip wine at sunset with a view. With 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, you and your family and friends can relax in this peaceful and wonderful space. The cottage features amenities like AC, WiFi, linens, towels, and a washer/dryer.

In 5 minutes, you can have the sand under your feet. Access to East Matunuck State Beach is available via a private ramp approximately a 5 minute walk from the house. Deep Hole is less than 5 minutes away and is a fantastic surfing spot.

The cottage is a short drive away from local seafood restaurants, charming bakeries, ice cream stores, shops and a summer theater playhouse. The location is ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful seaside escape. Some visit musts:

Our home is available for two night minimums in May and weekly rentals (Saturday - Saturday) June through August. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage.
