Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you loved your stay and enjoyed the beautiful balcony views, comfortable beds, smart TVs, and the golf cart — the speakers definitely make cruising around even more fun! We’re also so glad our team was able to provide responsive communication before and during your trip. It means a lot to know you had such a great experience, and we would absolutely love to host you again for another Emerald Coast getaway.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your sister had such a great stay at “Pink Skies” and found the condo clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s great to know you enjoyed getting around easily and that your Spring Break visit felt relaxed and not too crowded. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the Fitness Center. While access and pricing are set by the resort and unfortunately outside of our control, we understand your perspective and will certainly continue to share guest feedback with them. It means a lot to hear you consider the property a hidden gem, and we’d love to welcome you back to The Players Club again soon!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the sheets and bedding when you arrived. That's not the standard we maintain, and we understand how frustrating and unacceptable that must have been, especially late at night. We do want to clarify a few things regarding the cleaning situation. When we were made aware of the issue, we did send our cleaner back out as soon as we could to address your concerns. However, there was a miscommunication, as you had already begun washing the sheets yourself by the time the cleaner arrived. Because of this, the cleaner addressed the specific areas that were pointed out but was not aware that the remaining sheets and blankets on the floor still needed to be taken care of. We also want to note that during our call, we did ask if you would like the beds to be remade, and you let us know that you had already taken care of cleaning them yourselves. We sincerely apologize for any confusion throughout that process. Regarding the new BBQ grill, we do want to let you and future guests know that the BBQ grill is located in the courtyard, and we will make sure that information is communicated more clearly in our guest guide going forward so it is easy to find. We take all of this feedback very seriously and will be using it to improve our processes going forward.
