Spacieux condo de 2 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bain au 4ème étage situé directement sur la plage. Profiter des belles plages de sable blanc de la côte d'émeraude. Détendez-vous sur votre spacieux balcon privé de 30 pieds avec une vue spectaculaire sur le front de mer. Rénovation complète de la cuisine achevée en février 2015 - Nouvelles armoires au fini cerisier, nouveaux appareils électroménagers, nouveau comptoir en granit avec sièges, nouvelle table / chaises, nouvel éclairage, ainsi que de nombreux nouveaux ustensiles, verrerie, etc.

remodelage vaste terminé Janvier 2014 - le deux salles de bains rénovées, une nouvelle moquette dans les chambres, tout le condo fraîchement peint, de nouveaux meubles de chambre à coucher principale, les nouvelles TV et un ventilateur de plafond!

Séjour a nouveau téléviseur HD de 60 pouces avec lecteur DVD; ventilateur de plafond nouvelle; grand canapé taille couchette; stores opaques. Cuisine entièrement équipée (petits appareils ménagers, cafetière Keurig K-Cup, cafetière 12 tasses, grille-pain, mixeur, ouvre-boîte électrique, etc.) pleine grandeur laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo. Linge / serviettes fournis.

(1er mars - 31 octobre) - toutes les locations à la nuit et à la semaine incluent l’aménagement de la plage (2 chaises / 1 parasol) - 32 $. 00 valeur quotidienne.

Le Breakers East est situé au cœur de Destin, en face du parc aquatique Big Kahuna. Marcher à des restaurants fast-food ... y compris Pizza Hut, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House, Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins et Subway. 'Le Track' est situé à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons du condo ... comprend des go-carts, mini-golf, jeux, bateaux tamponneurs, saut à l'élastique. Pour les jours de pluie Rave cinéma est situé dans le centre commercial Destin communes ou au bowling, au coin de Mathew Blvd. Près de golf, cuisine de classe mondiale, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, parachute ascensionnel, croisières dauphins, et bien plus encore.

Spring Break

Great place and easy access to the beach. We chose a cooler week unfortunately so we couldn’t get enjoy sitting on the beach the entire time but when we could, having the two chairs reserved for us was the best.

PRISTINE!

Such a beautiful, well appointed condo. All of the little touches of home were greatly appreciated. From the FULLY stocked kitchen to the beautiful library, games, dvd's.......nothing has been missed. The only suggestion that I would make is to make the balcony a little more comfortable furniture wise, but in all of my years renting condos on the beach, this one takes the cake! We will definitely be booking our next stay at ASAP!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to stay in 405. Other than the carpet showed wear the overall condo wea great. Was surprised that there was no detergent to start the towels on our departure. Maybe that is normal but in all of our other stays at the Breakers there has been at least a small box ofdetergent to start a load of towels as requested.We felt bad for the owners though because the elevators were still a problem and I understand that they had to spend some of their investment to update them. Hopefully that situation will be resolved soon.

Great complex in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Breakers East, this time for a month. The location is fantastic and can't be beat. The gulf views are incredible! The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook and several beach towels were supplied as well. The only negatives are the family room furniture, which is very worn, and the carpet in the primary bedroom is buckling. The 2 patio door screens are nearly impossible to open as well. We will be back for another month next year but in a different unit.

Other than dirty baseboards. Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had a wonderful time and we will be back if they will replace the elevators.

The only negative is the entrance to the condo location. With traffic, it is difficult to exit and enter. If you turn into the condo next door (Jade East), the is no way to cross over into the Breaker’s East property. There is a serious need for a crossover from the Jade East Condo’s to the Breaker’s East driveway.

Clean and comfortable place to relax

This was our first time staying at this building and we would stay again. Kitchen was very well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. Easy access to the beach and surrounding areas. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, Beautiful Condo

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Close to the beach and a great (heated) pool to play in. The condo is beautifully finished and has amazing views. We really appreciated the washer/dryer and full kitchen. We also appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach included with the condo. It made us feel like we had our own reserved spot at the beach every day. A great place for R&R and not too far away from all the action on the Boardwalk. We will definitely be coming back!

The bed was comfortable, which is very important! The view from the fourth floor is beautiful! The use of the owners beach chairs and beach towels was much appreciated. My only complaint was the carpet in the bedrooms. Love the staff and Carolyn! She is always quick to respond to questions and any issues that may arise. We will definitely be back!

Nice place as advertised

We stayed here for my wife's work conference. Everything here was as advertised. Great view and very convenient to all stores and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a TV in one of these places that was bigger than 32'!
