Relax & unwind in this spacious 3-story getaway on beautiful Lake Murray! This home has plenty of room for everyone:
First Floor: Cozy living room, large TV, foosball table, Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game, queen pullout sofa, and a full bathroom.
Second Floor: Bright dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, half bathroom, and the primary bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom.
Third Floor: You'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a full hall bathroom, and a common area with another queen pullout sofa and a TV—perfect for extra sleeping space.
TVs are located throughout the home, including in the living room, dining area, primary bedroom, upstairs common area, and queen bedroom.

You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!
We are very close to the water, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
The water level is about 5 feet at the beginning of the dock and 6 feet at the end of the dock. This is subject to change with the seasons and may get shallower in the off-season and deeper in the on-season. There is 1 spot available at the dock for you to park your boat. It is the one on the left when looking at the dock from the land. This dock is shared with neighbors and that space is for dedicated to this property.
Please note that the first floor has a mini split wall unit.
There is a doorbell camera and an additional camera near the front door pointed towards the road & parking area. There is also a camera on the carport pointed towards steps & parking
They are all active.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
