The home is open with large windows that peer out into the lush courtyard and backyard. Inside the home has contemporary styling that lends itself to functionality. The home features nearly 2000 square feet of living space on a large lot that provides excellent privacy.

There are two large living areas with picture windows that open into the evergreen yard. The dining room has a long table that easily seats 10 and has a wood burning fireplace. The living room has a plush leather sectional couch, 55 inch Roku TV and an upright piano. The home offers very HIGH speed internet of 300 mbps.

The kitchen overlooks the front courtyard which provides added insulation and privacy. It boasts granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and a clean modern feel. It is fully equipped with upscale cookware and appliances you would need to cook nearly any meal.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms. There are 2 'master' bedrooms with hotel quality plush king mattresses. There are an additional 2 bedrooms with 3 additional beds, two twin and one queen room (not pictured, bunk bed has been removed). The bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. Extra sheets are provided for additional sleeping spaces, as needed. White towels are provided for all guests.

Outdoors there are towering trees that provide excellent shading and privacy. The deck is large and there is a spacious outdoor dining table.

*Bedroom 3 now has a queen bed and not bunk bed. The 4th bedroom has a full bed.
