A total of 2 parking spaces are provided: 1 vehicles in the Garage and 1 on Driveway. Please note free street parking is available. A total of 4 car passes will be issued per stay.



➤ Is there an extra charge to use the BBQ?

Yes, A $70 BBQ fee will be charged per stay. Rental includes BBQ cleaning, propane tank and BBQ utensils



➤ Pool details?

Pool and Spa heating is available for $40/day, must be requested 48H in advance.

There are two clubhouses available to our guests; The Retreat Club and The Oasis Clubhouse. With over 20,000 SQ FT of space, both clubhouses’ have everything you are looking for while on vacation.They feature huge resort-style pools with water slides, lazy river, kid’s splash parks, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theater along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool. The Grille offers service both poolside or in the comfort of the air-conditioned clubhouse. For poolside service, simply raise your lounger flag and an attendant will take your order. Champions Gate also features an 18 hole golf course within the community.

•As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Guesty Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.



•The Guesty Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Platinum FL will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. Additional information about the Guesty Protection Policy will be provided upon request.



•Please note that stays of more than 21 nights require an additional $69 property damage protection insurance fee, with an additional $69 charged for every additional 21-day period.



• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Platinum FL Portal powered by Guesty prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
