The Space:
Heaven's Nest is a VIBE! Itâs nestled among the famous granite boulders with EXPANSIVE views of Lake Tahoe on one side, and of Carson Valley on the other, you feel as though you are in the clouds (or Heaven?). Like a lot of homes in Tahoe with lake views, you have to climb about 4 full flights of stairs to the front door.

- EXPANSIVE VIEWS OF LAKE TAHOE
- Great sunsets
- Views of the Carson Valley
- Lots of exercise going up the stairs
- Natural setting amongst the boulders
- Close to Heavenly Ski/Stagecoach lodge
..Did we mention the stairs? :)
HOME FYIs
- Having great views comes with a cost, THE STAIRS! You have to climb about 4 full flights of stairs to get to the front door so please consider that before booking.
- There is no garage at this home. Parking is on the street level off to the side closest to the bear box.
- The TVs in this home are Smart casting only. No cable. There are very detailed directions in the guest book.
PARKING PASSES
Douglas County requires all renters to display a parking pass on the dash of their car for the duration of their stay. They are located inside the home on the wall by the front door. Please put this on your dash immediately upon arrival to avoid a fine from the county. If the box is empty let us know right away. Reminder: we are only permitted for a certain # of vehicles to be parked in the designated areas only (garage, driveway, parking lot, etc). No street parking is allowed at rentals, per the county, regardless if you have a parking pass or not. Appreciate your cooperation with the Douglas County rental ordinance!
COUNTY RENTAL LAWS
Please understand that these are laws set forth by the county that we all must abide by in order to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come! :)
1. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
2. Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside.
3. We cannot host extra people at this home or allow parties.
4. No extra cars, parking on the street OR on the dirt.
*Possible fines from local police or eviction can result if laws are not followed.

Your door code is the last 4 digits of your booking phone number followed by the check mark button that will activate at 4pm. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. We have a 24 hour customer care team and a local team available during business hours.
