The bedrooms feature a king bed, queen bed, custom design bunk bed with a twin & full bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. With 2.5 bathrooms offering a private master suite, getting ready for the day is a breeze. Relax in the living room with an extra place to lay for additional sleeping space. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The property itself was nice. Spacious and roomy. However when we arrived at 4:45 there was an elderly gentleman seeming to be in panic mode trying to clean it it was not clean there was food in the refrigerator to showers were nasty nothing had been cleaned we made the beds ourselves because the Linens were clean but he didn't know what she went to what bed it was an average experience although we did like the room and the puppy room was real cute

Great place! Convenient to beach and activities. Wasn’t as clean as it shoulda been (hair left in shower and garbage left in bins). No toilet paper. I would go back though! Hoping they are just new at this!

The house doesn’t have enough pots to cook and not enough silverware and there was full of trash in trash cans and dirty laundry left in the washer and dryer from other people. Also the couch was dirty and the sheets were very old looking. The bed sheets and the towels need to update the new one will be nice.The house is big but the kitchen stuff need to be stocked up for the people to cook. We got there and found out there was dirty laundry in the washer and dryer from other people.

First of all, my check in was at 4pm. I got there 3:30 people was barely starting to cleaning the property and they finish at 5:00pm my familily and I had to wait out. the towels wasn’t dry they left them drying. The WiFi din’t work we couldn’t put on the screen projector outside there was nothing to connect to. And there was trash seating in the garage. 6/10

This property was an excellent choice. I am visiting my grand daughter’s family and this was a 9 min drive to her home. Pet friendly, they have a pet room, however I chose to keep my dog in the crate at night and while out and about. This is such a beautiful property. I will definitely save in my favorite’s. I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you so much to the host.

The house was left dirty. Hair in the showers, crumbs along counters, The trash was filled. There was no toilet paper and only one trash bag for the week. The house wasn't ready upon check in time. The beds were not made and I wasn't even sure they had been washed, they were all wrinkled. The back yard theater was not set up nor was their instructions on how to use. they listed a pool on their amenities and there was no pool. No garage parking as listed either. The dishwasher must be broken because we went to run it at the end of the week for the first time and the water was sitting in the bottom and smelled so bad. No responses at all beyond being called to let me know they werent ready for us at check in time. Also the back little "yard" was very smelly. The only positive thing I have to say is the location was great for us. Within 30 min of all the fun things we wantes to do. We travel often and this is the first bad review ive ever had to leave. We were very disappointed.

Issues checking in. The place was not ready for guests at check-in time. We were told by the neighbor/cleaner we couldn’t check in until “maybe 8pm” despite the check in instructions stating it would be ready at 4:30pm. The place wasn’t cleaned, I was told they would issue a refund of the cleaning fee, that didn’t happen.Not much communication prior or after. The place was really nice

Host never messaged back about inaccuracies of the listing (no washcloths, soap, beach towels, trash in the kitchen over flowing, fridge not clean, very low stock of utensils - and multiple other issues). Not the worst place we have ever stayed, but definitely not the best, and the host not messaging back was highly disappointing.

If you're looking to work remotely on the Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi down there is terrible I'm not sure if it's just this development or if it's all over. There are no extra goodies left in the drawers from prior tenants such as saran wrapped tinfoil baggies etc. and bring your own toilet paper the toilet paper that they supply is horrible it's so thin you can read through it. The backyard such as it is very small. There is no emergency phone number and the use of the garage is not available. The townhome itself was very nice beds were comfortable it was clean. Bring your own detergent dryer sheets shampoo and and cleaning supplies.

Beautiful rental property. I'm glad we didn't arrive at 4 because it wasn't ready until 5:45. Listing mentions outdoor movie theatre but the first thing we did when we got there was open the back door to let our furbaby go potty and the grass was too tall. Definitely wouldn't set up a movie back there plus it's loud because there's a main road on the other side of the fence. The house is great without that feature, but I wouldn't mention it in the listing. The house has everything we needed but we did need to buy additional toilet paper & trash bags. There was only 1 trash bag provided and 1 roll of TP in each bathroom. It was extremely hot & humid during our 4-day visit and most days it rained. The nicest weather day of our trip, we had planned to go to the beach, but the neighbor knocked on our door the night before to inform us that a repairman would be coming the next day between 1 and 5 to fix the washer/dryer. This was very upsetting news and stressed us out because we did not want someone in the home without us there because of our dog. I sent a message asking the host to reschedule but they didn't reply. My husband called the morning of the appointment, and the host said he would call/text us when he knew when they'd be at the home, but he never did. So, we sat around most of the day until the repairs were done. AND because of this, we never got to the beach during our beach trip! Disappointed is an understatement.

Highly recommend!!!! This was our first time vacationing in Myrtle Beach. The house was only 9 minutes away from the beach and great restaurants. The owner was super responsive during our stay!!! Very modern house and super spacious and clean!!! Thanks for being a great host! We will definitely be back!
