Thank you for your feedback. When these concerns were brought to my attention, I responded immediately and offered to send both maintenance to the property to address them. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receive a response to that offer until late the following evening, when I was informed that you had already checked out a night early. I completely understand wanting a property to be ready upon arrival, but once concerns are reported, I also need the opportunity to have them addressed, and I was prepared to do so right away. The additional items mentioned will be inspected and addressed as needed.

To clarify, I sent an email three days prior to your arrival that included all necessary information, such as the unit number, Wi-Fi details, and instructions regarding the door codes (which are sent on the day of arrival for security reasons). I’m always available to answer questions, as I did for you during your stay, but I encourage guests to review the provided email to avoid confusion. Regarding the outdoor grills, these are not advertised in my listing, so I’m unsure why they were expected. Additionally, I provide basic kitchen items (pots, pans, plates, silverware), which is clearly outlined in the listing. Guests are always welcome to contact me in advance if they have specific needs, and I would have happily clarified or suggested alternatives. As for the sand, staying near the beach does mean it’s easy to track sand inside. Thanks for staying .
