Wonderful location

The host is exceptionally professional, friendly and communicative. The location is fantastic with just a short walk to the beach and walking distance to tons of eateries. The place is super clean and offers lots of sleeping options. Great price for all that is offered.

Great stay for family

Both twin beds are over the Queen beds for for young kids it’s perfect, but we are adults and no one wanted to climb up. We made do and used the couch but like I said kids would find it great.

Thanks for a great trip

We were out and about in LA most of the trip so we didn't spend much time in the house, but it worked for a family of four. Having a parking garage was a HUGE plus.

The house was very convenient for the trip our group had planned. Check-in was very organized and informative. Good recommendations for nearby eateries and things. Easy to get in touch with property manager if needed. Super clean, comfortable, we loved the house!

Perfect location

House is in a great spot to walk anywhere within a few minutes. The HVAC was an added bonus and kept the nighttime very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Great house close to the beach

We enjoyed our time here and the easy walk to different areas and the beach. The house was well stocked and we enjoyed the bikes that were provided to bike down to Santa Monica Pier. It was an easy drive to Universal Studios. The property management was very easy to work with.

Great location and owners

This home is a perfect location situated right by the boardwalk for Venice and Santa Monica and we got to enjoy the best of both. The owners were absolutely wonderful in their communication and were a pleasure to work with. Great for teenagers and pletny to do with our family in the area. The house was perfect for our group of 6 and we'll be back!

Fantastic Stay

Loved this stay. Plenty of space, great location and tons to do in the area. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are a plus. Located two blocks from the beach at the north end of Venice was super nice. As well, we were walking distance to restaurants and shops. The parking garage was a huge bonus and appreciated. Check in and communication from the owners was stellar. All in all, we had a fantastic time at this house!

Great House / Great Location

Check-in Process was great. We were able to check-in early. Property was very clean upon arrival. Private parking was great. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and Santa Monica. It was great having bikes and beach stuff available. Kitchen was well stocked with essential items. Everything was accurately advertised on VRBO. We would definitely stay there again.

Very good place to stay.

The overall property is a great place to stay. It was clean, the location was great and was as advertised. The walk to the beach is 1 block and the location is close to Santa Monica as well as the Los Angeles airport .The master bedroom is a little loud with traffic noise , as the road is busy with traffic, but that can be expected in the LA area. Overall the experience was very good including the check in process and I would rent again the next time I plan on going back to that area.

Great Venice location & wonderful home!

James & Cindy have a fantastic home! Communication with them was excellent, and their property manager Stephan was helpful and accommodating during check-in. The house itself was perfect for our stay! We were six adult couples (over 40) visiting LA for a 50th birthday. We all felt we had a great amount of space - our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is also excellent - only 2 blocks from the Venice boardwalk/beach, a few blocks from Santa Monica, and very conveniently located near great restaurants/bars/shops. I look forward to coming back and staying again!

Great Beach trip at 414 Pacific Ave

This great 3 bed 3 bath home 3 blocks from Venice Beach was perfect for our 4 day family vacation with my mother, husband, and 3 teenage kids. Always great to have 3 bathrooms with 5 plus people in your party. And fully remodeled home was a plus. Having 4 bikes to ride, beach chairs and towels to use was great. We love venice beach and the drive to Disneyland was only about 40mins away. This home location was perfect for our exploreing of other beaches like Hermosa. I would recommend this home to others and would for sure stay at this location again.

Great space

We used this house as our base for exploring the area as we all met here from different parts of the country. It was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked and it was clean and comfortable. We had one small issue with the automatic garage door but it wasn't a big deal and Bob Wexler took care of the problem immediately. The bikes (we rode the beach bike path) and beach chairs were a nice touch that we really enjoyed. The house is on two floors but there is a bedroom and bath on the main floor if going up and down stairs is difficult. Also, the booking went very smoothly and someone met us at the property when we arrived from the airport. They gave us a tour of the house and showed us where everything was and how it worked. Everyone from Wexler properties were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

We could not have been happier with the way our stay went. As soon as we had scheduled the booking I heard from James who made sure we got the exact dates we wanted. He was careful to connect with us periodically to make sure we knew what to expect concerning the check-in process and make us feel welcome and cared for. Stephan gave us a clear and comprehensive overview of the property and made sure we knew he was just a few minutes away if we should run into any problems. The house was everything the pictures indicated and even more comfortable and cozy than we might have expected. Perfect distance from the beach. Just far enough to feel safely removed from the action and just close enough to feel like a casual walk to the water multiple times each day was relaxing and chill. We could not be happier. :)
