THE SPACE
Tucked into Norfolkâs relaxed Ocean View neighborhood, this cozy coastal home is designed for easy beach living. Spend your mornings walking to the calm bay shoreline, afternoons fishing near the Ocean View Pier, and evenings relaxing back at the house with family and friends.
Inside, the home offers a bright living area with plenty of seating for movie nights or conversation after a day outside. The fully stocked kitchen and dining space make it easy to prepare meals together, while the indoor shuffleboard table adds a fun touch for game nights.
With three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the home provides space for couples, families, or small groups traveling together.

There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
By booking, guests agree to all house rules below. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund, removal, and additional charges.
âą MAX OCCUPANCY & VISITORS
Occupancy may never exceed the maximum listed. All visitors must be included in the guest count. Undisclosed guests incur a $50/person/night fee and may result in cancellation without refund.
âą NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (ZERO TOLERANCE)
No parties, events, gatherings, or unregistered visitors. This includes exceeding occupancy, excessive noise, decorations, DJs, catering, event-style setups, or disruptive behavior.
Suspected or confirmed parties will result in immediate termination without refund and a $500 minimum penalty plus damages, fines, and related costs. No warning required. Law enforcement may be contacted.

9:00 PM â 8:00 AM. Repeated disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.
âą CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING
Exterior cameras and decibel-only noise monitors are in use. No interior recording devices.
âą PETS
House-trained dogs over 1 year old permitted with pre-approval only (no cats). Provide dog details before booking. Pet fee: $100 per 10 nights; 30+ nights: $250/month. Dogs must be crated when unattended indoors and supervised outdoors (no unattended yard time). Guests must remove pet waste or a $75 fee applies. Undisclosed/unapproved pets will be charged double the pet fee per night and may result in cancellation

Located in Coastal Virginia. Despite regular pest control, occasional insects may occur and are not grounds for refund. Keep doors/windows closed.

Tampering with cameras, noise monitors, locks, or safety devices is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
âą PROPERTY CARE
Excessive cleaning (trash, bodily fluids, smoke odor, glitter, pet waste, biohazards, etc.) will incur charges. Guests are responsible for damages and missing items.
âą TRASH & MAIL
Excess trash may incur hauling fees. No mail delivery or establishing residency at the property.
âą KEYS & PARKING
Lost key: guest pays locksmith/rekey costs.
Lost parking pass (if provided): $100 fee.
