This comfortable ground level 2-story beachfront retreat comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large screened porch and deck area to enjoy the views and to take it all in, from the sunsets glistening on the water to the sea breeze and the sounds of nature around you. The area is sparsely populated and is ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. Come enjoy what beachfront living is all about. Bald Point State Park is just a few minutes away!

This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.

A great spot to walk the beach and see our spectacular Florida Panhandle sunsets! The fishing on the beach directly behind the house is great and in the cooler months you can catch mullet or shrimp by the pound cast netting! If you decide to surf fish, the local catch includes red fish, sea trout, Spanish mackerel, flounder - just to name a few!

Lockbox on front door, which is on the side of the home. Code will be provided 24 hours before check-in.

The home is located on Alligator Point on Florida's Forgotten Coast where the fishing is fabulous and wildlife is abundant. There is a bike trail behind the home for your biking enjoyment, and the area is full of opportunities for adventure, from kayaking, boating, canoeing, and fishing to enjoying the calm and perfectly peaceful setting that this area of beach has to offer!

This 3 BR/2 BA home comes with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs with a cathedral ceiling to maximize the open space. This is the perfect home for a family vacation and a nice retreat to get away from it all! The French door in the living room opens to a large screen porch to enjoy the oceanfront environment and sea breeze while in the home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating in the home and comes with a deep freezer to store the days catch!

Alligator Point does not have public transportation, but you're welcome to bring your golf cart!
