The "Margarita Villa" is nestled along a canal allowing boaters and fishermen easy access to Alligator Harbor and the Gulf. The wrap around deck offers plenty of space to enjoy the peace and quiet of Fiesta Drive including a secure back deck gate to keep the little ones safe. Just 3-5 minute walk to the beach!

Inside our home, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms separated by the kitchen and living area which offer views of the canal. Each bedroom has a private, full bathroom and a sliding glass door to enjoy the deck. Kids will enjoy our set of bunk beds and everyone will appreciate the extra space each bedroom provides. Families will enjoy having their own privacy as the bedrooms are on opposite wings.

The open living area provides plenty of seating including a comfortable, sectional sofa and dining table large enough for 8 settings as well as 5 barstools along the countertop bar area and a kids table.

Enjoy morning coffee or grilling out on the deck while Spotting Blue Herons, Egrets, Bald Eagles and more!! If you spot one of Alligator Point's white squirrels, you'll surely have good luck.
