I do want to apologize for the dirty vents and the cooking utensils not being clean on arrival, those are not the standard I hold for the home and I will be addressing both with my cleaning crew right away. Hi Margaret, thank you for the note. This is discouraging to hear. I only heard positive things from you during your stay, and I wish I had known all of this right away. We had no issues with ants at the home this season until days into your stay, and ants can pop up quickly if food is accidentally left out or open. Regardless, we sent pest treatment over immediately to remedy this. The last thing you said to me regarding the ants was that it had improved with the treatment. I would have appreciated knowing if that was untrue so I could send pest treatment out again for you. We definitely don't want you dealing with that if we can help it! You also opted not to tell me any of your comments about the cleaning. We pride ourselves on providing clean homes for our guests, and when you choose not to communicate this with me, I don't have the opportunity to make it right. My cleaners are always willing to come back and address anything that my guests find. We usually get great feedback on the cleanings, so I appreciate the chance to improve even more. To your last couple of points, the deck is maintained and safe. There is no PIN to use the Rokus, I'm not sure what PIN you were coming up against and I informed you of that when you asked. The furniture is accurate to the photos and not outdated. We have taken your feedback to heart and done everything we can. We will continue to strive for excellent guest experiences at Pine Island Perfection.
