This is a great home for a vacation with more than enough room for the seven of us. The pool, pool table and the beach close by made days enjoyable. The elevator made life easier for the two who needed it. Duck is a nice town to visit with a lot going on.

So impressed with the house! Easy to checkin. Beautiful interior, clean and inviting. Great space for our family to gather and enjoy all the amnities. Many extra perks : well stocked kitchen to make & serve meals for a crowd. Beautiful decks off all levels which we enjoyed! Kid friendly & safe. We loved the pool and enjoyed all the extra floaties provided. Just a short walk to beach uncrowded, clean & beautiful! Brian our host was so responsive to any questions we had . Made our stay even better. The amenities were awesome. Definitely a great place for large family stay!

We had such a great time with family at this house. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I love baking, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was so much for my teenagers to do; they loved the pool table. The host was wonderful and very communicative. It is a very short walk to the beach and the bay. Overall, we had a great time and will consider this house next time we visit NC.

Awesome short vacation

This house was awesome. The location in Duck was super convenient. The owners communicated great and we all enjoyed our stay so much. Pool and Hot tub were a big plus. Easy short 3-4 min walk to the beach, very private and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Sp happy the OBX is opened back up! We felt safe everywhere we went.

Hi, we are Brian and Robin from a small town in Ohio near Dayton. We enjoy spending time with our large family as much as possible, When not enjoying the outdoors at our farm, we love going to the outer banks, especially Duck

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We choose Duck for our home purchase because of the uniqueness of the community. We love the outer banks and of all of the towns along the coast, However, Duck is by far the best for many reasons.
*There is no public access to the beaches so it is less congested.
*Duck is the most walkable community in the outer banks
*Plenty of local restaurants and stores near by
*Close to nearby towns with big box stores for major shopping needs
*Sandwiched in-between the ocean and the sound. Just a 3 minute walk in either direction.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Where do we begin. Our property accommodates large families and groups. With a great blend of private and large gathering areas throughout the house. The very large open layout in the kitchen, dining and living room area make a great space for entertaining thought the day and evening. Three decks (1 in the front and 2 in the rear) for enjoying the sun and overlooking the pool, or the one in the front for a little peace and quiet time. This house has its own large private pool and hot tub, but also has 2 community pools within walking distance as well. If you love tennis, there are tennis courts just a 1 minute walk away. When vacationing with us you can enjoy either the ocean or the sound which is just a 3 minute walk in either direction
When you want to go out for local attractions, the heart of Duck village is just a 2 minute drive away. The boardwalk supports many attractions including local owned unique shops,
When it comes to dining this community has some of the best sandwich, pizza, and fine dining restaurant in the area.
We hope you plan your vacation in the outer banks and stay in Duck at Sunkissed. We know you'll love our house and enjoy the area as much as we do
