Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom house in Holden Beach. With 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 full bed, and 2 bunk bed sets, this terrific property offers plenty of space for guests to unwind. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this home with a front porch and a rear porch which faces the canal. All porches have rocking chairs. There is also 2 seating areas under the house. A nice swing as well as a Pawley's Island hammock are also available for relaxing downstairs A new stationary dock is available for sunbathing as well as a floating dock for boating. House is complete with amenities like a well equipped kitchen, dining area with a view, 5 tv's, ceiling fans, and plantation shutters .An ice machine and a second refrigerator are available under the house. There is also an outside private shower . Beach chairs, 2 kayaks, and 2 bikes can be found under the house. Beach access is located at the end of Marlin Drive which is a 3 minute walk from the house. Wagon is available to carry your things down to the strand. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Holden Beach was highlighted by the National Geographic Traveler as one of the best family beaches in the country. Holden Beach offers small town charm and unspoiled beauty which is perhaps why families return year after year to relive old memories and make new ones. Navigate a kayak or your boat along the picturesque intracoastal Waterway and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins playfully diving at the surface. In this wildlife haven you're sure to find something to delight your whole family. During your visit have lunch on the deck at one of the several restaurants that sit beside the intracoastal Waterway. Here you can watch shrimp boats cruise by as they make their way to and from the ocean. Planning a golf get-a-way, North Carolina's Brunswick Islands has plenty of options featuring 5 of North Carolina's top 25 golf courses.

While we’ve rented privately in the past, we are new to renting on VRBO. We’re local folks who truly love Holden Beach and everything it represents—family, fun, and taking the time to slow down and connect. We chose this neighborhood on Holden Beach because it truly offers the best of both worlds—peaceful waterfront living and easy access to the ocean. Our canal-front home sits on a deep water canal, perfect for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying the view. Just a short walk down the street, you’ll find a direct public beach access, making it super convenient to get to the beach—even with wagons, coolers, and all your beach gear in tow.

Located on the quieter West End of Holden Beach, our street is known for its relaxed, family-friendly vibe and uncrowded shoreline. Even during the peak of summer, you’ll always find plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beach without the crowds. It's the kind of place where kids can ride bikes safely, families can stroll to the beach together, and everyone can slow down and soak in the coastal charm.

One of our favorite hidden gems is just two streets over—Sailfish Park, a small Intracoastal Waterway-front park that our family affectionately calls “Little Beach.” Swordfish also has a scenic walking path through nature and is perfect for catching sunsets, bird watching, or getting some exercise. It’s one of those special spots that make this neighborhood feel extra magical.

We also love the laid-back lifestyle the neighborhood encourages. With plenty of shaded space under the house, you can relax in hammocks, gather with family, or enjoy a breezy outdoor meal. Whether you're here for fishing, beach days, boating adventures, or just quality time with the people you love, this neighborhood makes it all easy and memorable.

What makes our property truly special is the perfect combination of comfort, location, and the authentic Holden Beach experience. Holden Beach is known as a true family beach—you won’t find high-rises or big crowds here. Town regulations limit construction to 35 feet, preserving the small-town charm, peaceful atmosphere, and natural beauty that make this island so beloved.

Our home is located on the quieter West End of the island, where the beach is never overcrowded, even during peak season. We’re nestled on a deep water canal, offering beautiful views and easy access for boating or paddling, while still being just a short walk from the beach via a direct public access at the end of our street. It’s truly the best of both worlds—canal life and ocean fun all in one place.

The house itself is comfortable, and designed with families and groups in mind. It sleeps a large number of guests has cozy living spaces and has multiple shaded gathering areas under the house. From rocking chairs and hammocks to picnic tables and outdoor showers, we’ve made it easy to unwind and enjoy the coastal vibe.

We’ve also stocked the home with many of the essentials and extras you might need—beach gear, kitchen supplies, games, and even a dedicated ice machine, perfect for keeping your coolers full for beach days, boat rides, and backyard hangouts. It’s all about making your stay easier and more enjoyable.

Whether you’re here to fish, boat, swim, or simply reconnect with loved ones, our home is a welcoming place to make lasting memories. It’s not just a vacation house—it’s a place that feels like home, in a truly special corner of the coast.
