I appreciate the positive notes about the cleanliness on arrival, proximity to the beach, the stocked kitchen, beach gear closet, pool, and fishing pier. I’ve flagged the issues you reported with our housekeeping and maintenance teams: the broken blender, the dirty grill (and the grease build-up), the empty/left-open propane tank, and the trash bin that hadn’t been cleared. The propane being left open is a safety concern, so maintenance will prioritize checking tanks and securing them before each arrival. We’ll also schedule a deep clean or replacement of the grill, replace or repair the blender, and tighten our pre-arrival inspection checklist so trash and supplies are confirmed before guests arrive.
