Welcome to âWoodland Cottageâ â A Luxurious 4-Bedroom, 4.5-Bathroom Hideaway in Blue Mountain Beach
LOCATION:
âWoodland Cottageâ is nestled between the longleaf pines of the Forest Lakes community in Blue Mountain Beach. This private gated community is situated around a stocked lake and includes a seasonally heated resort-style community pool, an outdoor pavilion, nature trails, a children's playground, and a wooded preserve. It is a stone's throw from Draper Lake - one of Florida's rare dune lakes - and just a quick cart/bike ride from shopping, dining, and public beach access.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
First Floor:
- Step onto the charming covered front porch with a porch swing.
- The first-floor owner suite with a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, double vanity, an oversized walk-in shower, large soaking tub, and spacious walk-in closet.
- Relax on the living room's large sectional couch while watching premium streaming through the home's Youtube TV subscription.
- The dining table seats six guests comfortably, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.
- The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with premium stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, a farmhouse apron sink, a dual coffee maker (drip & K-cup), and all necessary cookware, utensils, and glassware.
