We are happy to arrange your airport transfer - better explore the cityâs public transport without carrying luggage with you. Me or my guest manager will personally welcome you in front of the property to assist you with luggage and to present you the apartment. Everything of importance will be shown to you, all your questions will be answered and 2-3 sets of apartment keys will be provided. Unlimited fast and stable Wifi access is understood.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please, strictly no partying and no smoking. Besides the risk of losing your deposit (apartment gets checked after you check out) it would be sad to lose the apartment due to inappropriate behavior.
IMPORTANT:
For stays for 21 nights and longer, we ask for an additional check-out cleaning fee of 120 GBP.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE TOILET FLUSHING SYSTEM
This flat is located in a beautiful listed building with an older plumbing system. Due to its position in the building, there may be times when the toilet flushes more slowly or takes a bit of time to reset - this is normal.
To help us keep the system in good shape, please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper. Items like wipes, tissues, or sanitary products can cause blockages.
Kindly note that refunds will not be issued for this matter.
