Lindfields Reserve is a prestigious community located just 4 miles west of Disney’s main gates, off Highway 192. Surrounded by scenic countryside, protected woods, and small lakes, it offers a peaceful, relaxing environment while being close to major attractions, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.



PLEASE NOTE:



- Optional Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40/day. We would recommend adding heat to your reservation between the months of October and April. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do that. (duration request is for the entire stay.) We would totally recommend it as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use.



- Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.



-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.



-A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you with more information for setup.



- Smoking is not allowed inside.



- Parties and events are prohibited.



- Pets are not allowed



- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.



- There are pots and pans in the Kitchen. Please bring your own condiments if you plan to cook



- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.
