Upon arrival to this beautiful private gated community home you will find a large relaxing lake steps from its front door. The majestic views of the placid community lake give you a sense of peace and tranquility.
Once inside the retreat home you will find a spacious four-bedroom, three full bathrooms with all the essential amenities for your family with a comfortable capacity for nine people. An oasis that offers a break from the daily demands and stresses of everyday life. It includes: a spacious common family room and dining area, private pool with jacuzzi, to soak up some sun or take midafternoon dip.
You may also want to venture out minutes away to the local Promenade at Sunset Walk and experience all the local well known restaurants chains or unique specialty places like Estefan Kitchen, Rock & Brews, Bento Asian Kitchen & Sushi just to name a few. A Wonderful Stay

This house was perfect for us. Spacious and clean. Host was extremely nice and helpful . I would definitely stay here again.

Disney Trip Stay

Host was nice and left snacks for us. Unfortunately, the pool heater did not work which was the main reason we booked the place. We are supposed to get that fee reimbursed. Host conveyed this two days prior and we know this was beyond their control to get fixed during the holidays. The neighbors were loud and in their pool - yelling and splashing around 11 PM a couple nights. There was shaved hair all over the sink and tub of main bathroom and toothpaste or shaving cream left over on the shower floor. Again, these things were beyond host's immediate control when they use a cleaning service. The space was a good size for our family and convenient for going to Disney parks. We just needed a place to sleep and shower, so this fit the bill.

Just what we needed

A large group of adults and an infant, we needed a bedroom for everyone and plenty of space, we got exactly what we needed! Close to the Disney parks and universal area, it was central and convenient

Needs minor tweaks.

The house was nice, clean, and affordable for a weeks stay. Here are some things that could be improved for an optimal experience; Hand soap in the bathrooms. More bathing linens. Slow drains in the shared bathroom and master bath. Tv in the master bedroom didn’t work. Smoke detector beeped at night 2 consecutive nights. We changed the batteries.Otherwise, great experience.

Great house and lovely owner

As a family of four adults this house was ideal. With three double beds and three bathrooms it suited all our needs. We arrived just after Hurricane Milton and the owner had gone out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. We have been staying at Sunset Lakes for 25 years and we always enjoy our stay. With its gated community and communal pool as well as the villa pool, it kept everyone happy.

Great house

Perfect place for multiple couples. Convenient to everything Disney and tons of places to eat. Just a couple miles to target or Walmart. Hope to stay again. Nice private pool. Lake right out the front door for a little fishing. The host is so nice. He checked on us via text and call a few times even though he was out of the country. Seems like it really matters to him that people enjoy their stay. He even had snacks for us.

Disney Focused Holiday

Great location, easy to nip back and forth from Disney parks to avoid heat of the day if needed. Villa has all facilities needed for family and games room in the garage was fun if weather not suitable for pool. Pool area needed a deep clean which Thomas was very responsive in trying to arrange a pool cleaner. Overall great place to stay and recommend for anyone doing Disney or Universal parks

Just what my family needed. Will use again

This property was perfect for my family and the location was great for visiting Disney parks. My wife and I were attending 4 Disney parks with our two adult children and our son-in law. The property was plenty big and enable the couple and my single child to have our own bathrooms. The location was within 18 minutes of the 4 major Disney parks and was clean and spacious. We will look to stay again on our next visit.

Perfect staycation near everything!

The home was in a gated community. It was roght next to the playground and community pool and the dock that looks out to the lake. We loved the pool at the house and it was so spacious. We had more than enough room for our family of 5. Heavy traffic in the area but all the stores/restaurants you need within 10 minutes. We also took advantage of the grocery delivery when we got there so we didnt have to leave often. The kids also really enjoyed the pool table in the garage. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time in Orlando and Tommy was a wonderful host. The house is very close to Disney and all the big attractions so that made travel time a breeze. A few quick fixes on the property and all will be perfect. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great location with all the amenities!

The house was bigger on the inside then it appeared. The rooms were spread out which was nice for everyone to have their own space. The traffic in the area is heavy but it took us about 15-20 minutes on average to get to the theme parks. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

What a gorgeous home! Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was the cherry on top. The house was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do and every place we wanted to visit. Had a blast and would love to come back!

Weekend Stay

Overall, our stay was very good. I am not letting this affect my rating, but just a warning that one of the neighbors is a party animal. We were hoping to relax in the pool after a busy week and the neighbor had a party with a dj and literally the entire house was shaking. We had to go hang out in the garage with our own music to avoid the bass. The plus side of that is there was a pool table and other games to play in the garage. After that first night, the rest of the weekend was pretty quiet and we were able to relax by the pool. It was a great way to end our vacation.

Loved it! Very nice and clean home. Plenty of room and outdoor pool area was very relaxing. Well equipped kitchen. Thomas was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and neighborhood! Great price for what you get. We enjoyed our stay and all the fun activities just a short distance from the home. The FL weather didn't overly cooperate but it was a great experience.
