Lakeview Getaway at Georgetown Lake

Charming home nestled above the shimmering waters of Georgetown Lake! Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or a family adventure, this tranquil spot provides the perfect setting for creating lasting memories.



KITCHEN & DINING:

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including pots, pans, and dishes. For an outdoor cooking experience, a gas grill is available for use. The spacious dining area offers seating for 8, while the kitchen island provides an additional 4 seats, perfect for casual meals or socializing with friends and family.



MAIN FLOOR LIVING ROOM:

After a day of adventure at the lake or ski hill, kick back and relax in the beautifully decorated living room by the warmth of the wood stove. With plenty of comfy seating, it's the perfect spot to unwind with a movie night or just enjoying the company of family & friends. The smart TV lets you log in to your streaming services, so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies.



BASEMENT LIVING ROOM:

If the kids need their own space while the adults relax, the basement living room is the perfect retreat. It features a large sectional, smart TV, and additional sleeping options with a futon, queen, and twin bed. This cozy area allows groups to stay close but still have their own space to unwind and watch TV.



BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

-The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed.

-The loft has a queen bed & 2 twin beds.

-The basement living room has a futon, queen, and twin bed.

-The basement also has a private bedroom with 2 queen beds.



BATHROOMS:

-The main floor has a full bathroom with bathtub.

-The loft has a full bathroom with a shower.

-The basement has a full bathroom with a shower.



LAUNDRY:

Guests have access to a washer and dryer during their stay. It is located in the basement.



HOT TUB:

Start or end your day immersed in the calming warmth of the saltwater hot tub! The perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring all that Georgetown Lake has to offer. Whether you're easing into the morning or relaxing after an adventurous day, the soothing waters provide the ultimate rejuvenation.



Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of a few locked owner's closets.



I give guests their privacy, but am available by phone or messaging if you have any questions or issues. I can usually be at the property within the hour if needed.



This property is nestled in the trees, overlooking the lake. There's a multitude of options for hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, and 4 wheeling in the area. Georgetown Lake and Discovery Ski Hill are right down the road. It is located between Philipsburg and Anaconda, so you're only 15 minutes away from a gas station, grocery store, shopping, etc. The Lakehouse restaurant and 7 Gables are just minutes away.

Please note that the driveway to the house is steep and can be tough to make it up in the winter when slick. I highly recommend 4WD during the winter.
