The 2nd floor includes a sitting area/library with stunning views of Georgetown Lake and a bedroom with an inclusive private bathroom. Additionally, on the property there is a charming guest cabin, the Mini Twinnie, which sleeps 3 people, providing opportunities for a group or family.
