Escape to your perfect beach getaway at this charming oceanfront condo at Dunescape Villas, Building 4—an ideal spot for a relaxing family vacation. Step out onto balconies off both the living room and master bedroom, where you’ll be treated to the soothing sounds of the waves and stunning views of the pool and ocean. Conveniently located on the first floor, this spacious condo boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a cozy room with a queen bed and a half bath, a cheerful room with two twin beds, and a luxurious master suite with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Each bedroom, along with the inviting living room, features its own TV for ultimate comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up meals, offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning brew. For added convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer. As for amenities, you’ll enjoy oceanfront pools, refreshing outdoor showers, elevators, a charcoal grill/BBQ for outdoor meals, a boardwalk that leads you directly to the beach, and a private dock on Bogue Sound. The private dock includes boat slips (please reach out to property management for details). . Please note that pets are not permitted in accordance with HOA rules.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Nice family atmosphere in the condo complex. Pool was great for kids. Beach just a short walk out over a wood boardwalk and dune. Condo was very clean. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay!!

Ready to return!

Myself, husband and two children (5 and 2 y/o) stayed 4 nights here and loved it! It was clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. The only minor snags we hit were when we first arrived we had to ride around a bit to figure out which building we were actually in and then the code we were given to the door did not work. I reached out to the property manager who promptly addressed it. There was also a weird code on the tv and again had to reach out to the property manager to get code from owner but again that was handled quickly and professionally. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would book again!

Almost Good

We selected this condo due to its location, flexible occupancy dates and reasonable price. The unit is one among many spread across five buildings. It is oceanfront, but you cannot actually see the beach because sand dunes block the view (there is a view of the pool). The condo itself has 3 bedrooms, one with a full-bath, one with a half-bath and one with a bathroom just outside the door. The furniture and decorations are quite nice. Access to the beach is not direct, but close. The location and unit itself are fine. On the other hand, there are several things that need attention. First, we had to call the property manager to get the access code instead of it being sent by the check-in time. Second, the cleaning crew did a poor job (used, wet towel still hung behind a bathroom door, meds/pills left on a bathroom shelf, a TV remote found inside a medicine cabinet, bagels and bread left on top of the fridge, all countertops were clearly not wiped, and a runner in the hallway is a trip hazard due to curled ends). Third, we were provided the address and condo unit number, but not the building number. The condo is in a complex of five buildings and it took a while pulling in and out of entrances to find our unit. Finally, it is odd that though the owners are clearly not using the property, renters are not permitted to park in the covered areas under the buildings. Instead, vehicles must park in a scorching, open lot. With a bit more attention to detail, this would be a nice unit.

Hi David, So very sorry you had problems while at the condo. My number is given to every renter to either text or call me directly if there are any problems. It is hard to correct problems when you don't hear about them until it is in a review posted online. Your Welcome Letter was emailed to you directly 5 days before your arrival. We use individual codes for the door that is text to you the day of arrival. So sorry you did not see that text. Clearly the housekeepers did not do their job on this particular clean. We have not had any problem with these particular cleaners on any other reservation. So very sorry it happened to you. As far as parking under the buildings, that is an HOA rule that the owners nor I have any control over. I do hope you will give us another try and stay with us again. Thanks Teresa
