Welcome to our charming home nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains! This cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and entertainment for your mountain getaway. With close proximity to Denver, Red Rocks, and the Mountains beyond you are sure to experience Colorado at it's finest!
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by vaulted ceilings and a warm and inviting atmosphere, with cabin flair that reflects the beauty of the Rocky Mountains
BEDROOMS:
* Primary bedroom with king bed, smart TV, full en-suite bathroom and private deck
*2 queen bedrooms adorned with plush bedding for a restful night's sleep and a shared full bathroom stocked with essentials. Large windows allow natural light to filter in, offering serene views of the forested surroundings.
BATHROOMS:
Conveniently located on the main floor, you'll find three beautifully appointed bathrooms. The first bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, boasting a sleek mirror to get ready before a show at Red Rocks. The second full bathroom is easily accessible from the common areas and queen bedrooms. Please note the bath tub is not useable. Additionally, there is a half bathroom off the main living room.
KITCHEN:
Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the trails or enjoying a cozy dinner on the deck, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary cravings.
LIVING AREAS:
Unwind in the two comfortable living areas on the plush sofas, curl up with a good book, watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TVs, or simply enjoy the company of your loved ones in these inviting spaces.

You'll have access to the complete main level unit. Owners occupy lower walk-out unit with separate entrance on the back side of the house. The garage is OFF limits.
We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70.
There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information.
This is the MAIN LEVEL unit. The homeowners live downstairs. They, may or may not be there when you are staying at the house. There is a completely separate entrance for the lower level, so if the homeowners are present during your stay they will not have access to your space.
We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.
Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $100 per dog pet fee, please be sure to add them to your reservation if they will be joining you! We do not allow other pets.
*No smoking in or near the home.
* Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
*Please remove your shoes by the front door
* If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
*Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
*We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
*Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
*Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
*We welcome up two to pets. If you brought a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them OR No Pets Allowed
*We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you!
