Location location location! Home sits at the base of beautiful Green Mountain, and was built in 1979 but has been updated, has an open floor plan and is modernly furnished. The neighborhood is very serene and quiet. Lots of wildlife in the area! Home is located within 10 minutes of Red Rocks Amphitheater, Bandimere Speedway, Rooney Road Sports Complex, Bear Valley Golf Club, Fox Hollow Golf Course, Thunder Mountain MX, Dinosaur Ridge, and less than 20 minutes to downtown Denver attractions. Easy and close access to I-70, C-470 and Hwy 285 which makes getting out of the city to visit the mountains very convenient. Great hiking and biking trails within walking distance. Home has a beautiful back patio with mature trees and landscaping. 2 beds/baths upstairs and 1 bed/bath downstairs. Perfect space and location for traveling professionals, an extended vacation or a great place to call home temporarily during your relocation process.
So warm and well set up! Everything we needed was there for us. We couldn't have felt more at home away from home. I hope we're able to have the pleasure of another stay next year.
Everything was great! The house had a homey feeling to it. It was decorated nicely, everything was clean, and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. Even the towels in each bathroom were in perfect condition. The 7 of us stayed very comfortably without being crowded at all. It was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.
We came to Lakewood to visit our son. Aimeeâs home is clean and beautiful. Our family loved the fish tank and feeding the squirrels. The beds were comfortable and with 3 bathrooms it was easy for all 5 of us to get ready for our excursions. The house had everything we needed and more. Red Rocks and the town of Morrison are close by. Lots to do and see. Communication was great. Check in and out was seamless. Great stay!
The house accommodated every need we had and then some. Great location and great house! We cooked our own food. We got up every day and made fresh coffee and breakfast and toured the local areas. Would have liked more dinner plates so we would not have to wash as often and lids for cookware to contain splatters on the stove. Either way, no big deal. One of a kind place to visit! Great accommodations! Highly recommend it.
Aimee's place was perfect for us. Her place is very comfortable with all the amenities you'll need. Her backyard is inviting and a nice place to wind down after a long day. Highly recommend!
Hello! My name is Aimee and I'm a proud mother of 4 adult children and 6(!) grandchildren â€ïž I spend most of my free time traveling between my family and beautiful grand-babies. We have spread out between Utah down to Texas. I am an engineering professional in the Oil & Gas Industry. One of my favorite aspects of this neighborhood is the easy access to beautiful hikes, proximity to open spaces and the views. This neighborhood is truly a hidden gem within an unassuming suburb of Denver. Red Rocks amphitheater is a short 7 - 10 minute drive, as well as the quaint community of Morrison. Bear Creek Lake and recreation area is 5 minutes away as well as Fox Hollow golf course and Bear Creek Golf Club. The neighborhood itself is quiet and friendly, and the perfect peaceful environment for your get-away.
