Vous allez adorer ce cadre privé - chalet sur 5 acres de sauvegarde vers les parcs de Denver Mountain avec des pistes cyclables; une minute d'accès à l'I-70; 40 minutes de St. Mary's Glacier, à un peu plus d'une heure de Breckenridge ou Vail, à moins de 30 minutes du centre-ville de Denver; à moins de 15 minutes du lac Evergreen avec planche à pagaie, canoë, incroyable patinage sur glace en hiver, etc.! Accès facile à tant de grandes aventures du Colorado - à 15 minutes du rafting, de la tyrolienne, des sources historiques d'Idaho et bien plus encore !!!

Mignon et d'une propreté impeccable; vous avez beaucoup d'espace pour vous détendre tout en étant à distance de marche de Starbucks, Walmart et Qdoba. La maison joliment aménagée comprend une grande grande salle avec foyer au bois et table à manger pour 10 personnes; 4 chambres avec tous les nouveaux draps / matelas et deux salles de bain complètes; les trois chambres à l'étage principal se composent de: (1er) 1 chambre avec lit king, (2e) 1 chambre avec lit queen, (3e) 2 chambre avec lits jumeaux. L'étage inférieur dispose d'un coin salon supplémentaire et d'une (4ème) chambre avec lits superposés avec 3 lits jumeaux.

Perfect location just outside of Denver and close to Red Rocks, which was the reason for our trip. Susan was a great hostess, the home was charming, and the views were stunning!

Perfect home base for our planned events; concert at red rocks, baseball game at Coors Field, and a day trip to Colorado Springs. Check-in was easy and we enjoyed our stay.

This worked out so well for us! Our kids were attending camp at Evergreen Country Day School, so we were able to walk to camp each day. Convenient being close to a Walmart when we needed anything. We hope to be back again next year!

Terrific!

Great spacious and comfortable home for our family of 6. Very easy access to I70 for our various day trips. The owners were easy to wrk with and replied quickly to any questions we had! We spent a lot of time sitting on the patio enjoying the gorgeous mountain views.

Perfect for many generations

We were celebrating my mom’s bday — she turned 90. We really needed a single level house bc she’s unsteady on her feet. My mom loved the house. It’s clean, cute and has a sense of history. The owners are incredibly responsive and helped (actually fixed) us right away with the one small problem we had. Thanks very much.

Great Stay in Evergreen

Our stay in Evergreen was perfect! Our host was an excellent communicator and so personal, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The layout and decor of the house was even more charming than the pictures indicate and the location was so convenient to I-70 and nearby attractions. We loved seeing the family of deer walking across the property too!

Hill Side Home Base

The house has a lot of character. It is perched on a hillside with no close neighbors, except a few deer that bed down on the hillside behind the house. The house is old, with creaky floors and hard mattresses, but we didn't mind. The location was perfect, with convenient shopping just down the hill and a short drive to Red Rocks and Rocky Mountain National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Mines families

My family stayed during Mines graduation. The house was an easy drive to and from events with easy access to both Golden and Evergreen. It was cozy and clean with huge windows facing the valley. We loved the front room with the fireplace to visit together while enjoying the views.

Weekend Family Wedding

We stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect. Susan showed us around when we first got there to make sure we knew were everything was. It was a quite cottage and loved the outdoor mountain life it had around it. It was a very relaxing stay. Beds were very comfortable. Loved how she had fresh wild flowers in all the rooms. They were beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

Wedding in Golden

The great room is the most wonderful feature of this property allowing people to sit and relax comfortably in well positioned and comfortable furniture. This room has large picture windows and a large fireplace plus a large dining table which can accommodate 10 or more. You could actually sleep 9 people in the property. There are 5 twin beds- 3 of which are in the lowest level so this would be a great space for older children to have their own spot. There might also be a sleep sofa - we didn’t need all of what was available so did not explore that option. Not shown in the photos is the property’s proximity to Walmart, Home Depot and Starbuck’s. We needed various items during our stay and Walmart, within walking distance had just about everything. The back part of the property has 3 patio areas built into the Ponderosa Pine studded hillside. That was a nice place to sit and grab a little vitamin D. The 5 acres of hilly terrain was too steep for me to navigate safely without hiking boots. I had to refrain from twisting an ankle if I wanted to dance with my son at his wedding. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, however the Master bedroom did not have any type of closet, just hooks on the back of the door. The bedroom with the queen bed has its own bath and also a wardrobe for hanging clothes. None of the bedrooms had any room darkening blinds or shades so I would advise bringing a sleep mask if early morning light would be an issue for you.

Great location, space and host

Felt remote even though you’re near a Starbucks and Walmart. Great views and enough space for us all to spread out. Great communication from the host and home was stocked well with appliances and blankets. We had a wonderful time!

Cozy stay

Susan’s property is beautiful, charming, and very cozy. We were so happy here! Sunday morning we got an extra special morning as we sat by the fireplace with our coffee watching the first snow fall of the season. Our group was the bridal party for a best friend’s wedding at the pines and I can’t wait to see how the photos turned out as we ended up having them taken at the property because of how pretty it is there. Thank you for having us!!
