The living room and master bedroom both have smart TVs for your enjoyment. A screened in back porch is perfect for morning coffee and nature watching. Deer roam the property making this perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book. The back also has a fire pit, charcoal grill, horseshoes game, washers game, and the porch has a combo air hockey/pool/ping pong table. The house has a variety of board games and a Wii console. Feel safe and secure in this gated community that features 24-hour Security.

In addition to the features at Our Happy Place, as our guest, you have access to all of the amenities at Holly Lake Ranch. The Ranch has a swimming pool, an 18-hole golf course, a restaurant, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, disc golf, putt-putt, nature trails, a dog park, and fishing! With so much to do on the Ranch, you won't want to leave, but we are just an hour away from Canton First Monday, the largest flea market in the world (the weekend before the first Monday of the month). Just a short drive away, you can go antiquing in Mineola and Gladewater.
