Rainbow Cove Retreat by Comfy Spots Vacation Rentals

Rainbow Cove Retreat is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in the premier gated community of Holly Lake Ranch. Located on the 12th hole pond of the golf course, you enjoy beautiful panoramic views from the master bedroom sitting area and outdoor porch with fireplace and grill!

Featuring two master bedrooms, the upstairs master provides a premium queen bed with an electric fireplace and sitting area that gives you an amazing view of the 12th hole pond and fountain! The downstairs master features a queen bed and oversized chair that converts to a twin bed. The third bedroom features a bunk bed (single on top and double on bottom). The living room is spacious, featuring an electric fireplace and provides a sofa that converts to a queen size pull out bed. ALL beds in the house are memory foam to provide maximum comfort!

Rainbow Cove features 5 flat screen TVs, included in each bedroom, the living and the game room. All TVs have BluRay/DVD players and access to streaming services. Please note: WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE TV, but you may log in to your personal account for all streaming services.

The game room features a pool table with a ping pong table top that fits on the pool table for easy access. You can also enjoy a game of darts and a large selection of DVD movies

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, stainless steel appliances and a double oven. Coffee makers include a Keurig and drip coffee maker.

The dining table seats 6, plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter, plus a pub table in the sunroom that seats 4.

The laundry room provides a full size washer and dryer, as well as ironing board with iron.

Rainbow Cove features an amazing outdoor entertaining experience! Enjoy the hot tub with privacy pergola! On the back deck, you will enjoy a dining table that seats 6 and a comfortable sectional seating that overlooks the pond and fountain! Cook your favorite meal on the outdoor grill (propane provided)! Relax and take in the view on the back deck in the rocking chairs provided!

In addition to all the wonderful features of Rainbow Cove, you have access to all the amenities in this beautiful wooded resort! Swimming pool, golf course, fishing in the private lakes, mini golf, pickle ball, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes, tetherball, shuffleboard, hiking trails PLUS an on-site Restaurant! With so much to do, you might want to plan a week long vacation and make this your "Home Away From Home!"

Pets are allowed to come with you on your get-away. The pet fee is $100 per pet.

Accommodations were nice even with the power out most the time

Unfortunately, due to violent storms, we lost power for the majority of our stay. However, the weather was cool enough that we are able to stay and enjoy the housing by flashlight - a unique memory. Through out the stay, the owner/manager was extremely available, helpful and willing to work with us to make the most of a "challenging" situation.

WONDERFUL HOUSE AND VIEW

We love Holly Lake and the residents. This house was great, very clean inside, carpet needs a little TLC. The outside needs a little TLC but overall we loved the house. We would stay again.

Fun family get away

This was the perfect property for our holiday family get away. The game room was a great way to connect with our college-aged kids and made for some fun memories. The house is just like the photos. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable decor helped make this a wonderful family vacation.

Wonderful

The property work very well for us. It was close to other family members living at Holly Lake. Everyone enjoyed the huge living room, outdoor seating, game room and hot tub. We will definitely come back!

Such a lovely home in a gloriously tranquil setting! Well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of room for overnight guests, or plenty of living spaces to entertain guests. Wonderful property

This is a great property. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The game room is a great addition for lots of family fun and activities. We would absolutely recommend this location for any get away. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive with questions! It’s a great location in a wonderful neighborhood!

Feels Like Home To Me

This was the first VRBO I have stayed at that I never wanted to leave. We are now looking at a property at holly lake to purchase to retire. Golf course is beautiful. My husband had a nice relaxing time on the course. There was so much to do at the house that we never left except for groceries. 10-10. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Christmas 2019 at Holly Lake

Christmas 2019 was fantastic at Holly Lake Ranch! Our rental house on Rainbow Cove exceeded our expectations! The house was perfect for our family members to gather both inside and out. Joe was beyond congenial in every possible way. We all felt an instant connection to him! We are certain to gather there again!

A get away in the time of corona

Just a beautiful property overlooking a lovely lake and the signature hole of a very nice golf course. We played twice, had an excellent dinner at the grill Afterwards on an outdoor patio. Also fished early two mornings and all caught (and released) nice size fish. This is our second time to stay at this property, and it is so beautifully maintained and furnished, that we will return again

Beautiful property.

The home was absolutely beautiful. The owners had everything you would need all we really needed was our clothes. There was an amazing game room that kept us plenty busy. The community had several activities that you could do also. Being able to sit on the deck and watch the deer was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already considering go back in the warmer months. The homeowners were very friendly and they even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at this wonderful location. Stayed here for our annual board game weekend getaway and it was perfect. The location is peaceful with a great view and a fantastic patio. There are very well thought out touches throughout, especially in places that we've been frustrated with other cabins. Things like having plenty of blankets throughout and labeling all the light switches and having instructions for anything that might need it. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.
