Overall good just not super kid friendly cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just wish the theater room was easier to use. Also there was a good hand full of dust in the corners of places. Definitely washed all our dishes we used before we used them. The cabinets and drawers had crumbs in them. The water pressure is like a trickle. Not super kid friendly. Overall it was a good stay. Just a few little things.

Nice but there were a few issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in was easy, upon entering the cabin it appeared clean but definitely needed some dusting and window cleaning. We all got together for Superbowl weekend and right in the middle of the game the roof started leaking water right in the middle of the kitchen and the fireplace stopped working, this was Sunday we checked in two days prior on Friday. The response was quick and the fireplace was fixed but the roof had to be seen by a contractor. There was also a cabin nearby being worked on and it was kinda loud. Towards the end of the trip I was sent a text message with a deal for another night so I reached out to customer service because although the response to our issues was prompt I still feel like something should have been done about the inconvenience. I never heard back from anyone, which I am very disappointed about because I am a return customer and I also brought future customers with me on this trip.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in Summit Sanctuary, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. The cabin was clean and there was plenty to do within to keep the kids entertained and allow the adults to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with tools we needed to feed ourselves during our stay. I was so impressed with Elk Springs communication and responsiveness about check in/out, and the ease of being able to text with questions about the property and have a prompt response. They went out of their way to make sure we had a nice time. My only regret is no booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back.

The game room, theater room, sauna and hot tub added to the ideal location for a Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge vacation. The three bedroom cabin allowed our group of 7 plenty of room for the boys on the bottom floor, the girls upstairs and the chaperones on the main floor.

They staff is attentive, the property is beautiful, the cabins are modern, exceptionally well cared for and clean. We highly recommend the cabin. It was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely be back.

We went to Dollywood, dinner shows, white water rafting, played in mountain streams, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the Smokies. The theater room was awesome & wish we had more time to just enjoy that. Check in/out couldn’t have been any simpler. We’ll rent from Elk Springs when we come back.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the central location to both the national park and for our one day in Dollywood. Cabin was clean and as pictured online. Check in and out process was quick and smooth. If you're looking for privacy this is in a complex with many other cabins but we knew this ahead of time because it's well advertised and it didn't bother us. Will definitely consider a return trip with Elk Springs!

Family Retreat

Elk Springs resort is very nice and in a great location near town but not too close and the surrounding cabins are nice as well, overall, a nice little community of rentals. We are definitely planning to stay again. This time we may go bigger and not leave the cabin at all! Elk Springs were great about keeping us informed about weather conditions and the cabin was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great mountain getaway! !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, children and father in law stayed for 4 nights at summit serenity. The proximity to shops, parks and attractions was excellent while still giving us the quite privacy of a mountain retreat. The amenities were second to none. We truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The stag was attentive and quick to respond when we had a minor issue and you can really tell that they are there to make sure you have an excellent experience. We will be back in the future.
