Cette cabane en rondins de luxe décorée de maniÚre professionnelle peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Préfet pour toutes les occasions, Southern Comfort dispose de 4 chambres à coucher et de 3 1/2 salles de bains. Une grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec de nombreux siÚges et espaces de rassemblement. Quelle façon de se détendre aprÚs une journée dans le parc en regardant un film sur votre écran de théùtre privé de 9 pieds ou en vous relaxant dans votre bain à remous à 101 degrés. Faites une partie de billard ou de hockey sur glace dans la salle de jeux située à l'étage supérieur ou réunissez-vous au niveau intermédiaire en famille dans la salle à manger-cuisine et le salon. Il y a un gril à gaz sur le pont arriÚre pour préparer des steaks! Internet sans fil gratuit est standard avec toutes nos cabines!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were family vacationing together for a week. Had two teens and five adults. The cabin was clean and staff were responsive to our needs with good communication before our stay and during. The location is central to all you might want to do from the Gatlinburg strip to white water rafting and ziplining as well as the great Smokey Mountains.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is nice overall. I will say that we were very disappointed in the bed pillows and linens. Under the pillow cases we found dirty, yellow from sweat pillows. One has spots of what appears to be blood stains, this is disgusting and unfortunate. On our second day while in the hot tub, two women pulled up in a Ford Explorer with trash bags on the roof from other cabins, they proceeded to empty them into the outdoor bins for our cabin. We asked that they not because we would have nowhere to put our trash. At first they said that’s what they do and it would be picked up later in the week leaving ours full despite the cabins around us being unoccupied. They changed their mind after we complained to them and removed the bags.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would say the pros of the cabin was the location. Everything is about 15-20 min drive which isn't terrible. The cabin was pretty clean minus some of the dishes that had to be rewashed. I will say although I did enjoy my stay here there were some minor things that bugged me. like I mentioned the dishes had to be rewashed before using. The cabin was highly outdated compared to some other ones I have stayed in. An example of this are the TV's. No smart TV's in any of the rooms. The "theater area was also outdated and when I called customer service they tried to help but it wasn't much help so we were unable to use it (It could be due to user error but still customer service was not the best). Overall I would say our stay here was 7 out of 10. I would probably not stay here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here who is looking for updated amenities.

I usually stay in Serenity Lodge but some of the people in our group have difficulty walking up stairs so I chose Southern Comfort to make getting in the cabin in easier. It was spacious enough for everyone we had there. Plus, it’s pet friendly and we have a service dog. I’ll definitely consider this cabin again. Dealing with Elk Springs Resort is amazing. I’ve been renting thru them for about 10 years now and always book thru them for a cabin

We enjoyed our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday at the Southern Comfort Cabin. The area is amazingly beautiful and the cabin suited our needs. There were 8 adults and we had room to spread out and have privacy if needed. We did have to purchase toilet paper and trash bags the first day we were there, which is not a huge issue, but our normal experience was to have a 2-3 day supply before having to replace these things. The upstairs TV would not work for us (due to a connectivity issue), the pool table is in poor shape, and the air hockey table has the wrong size puck (impossible to keep the puck on the table, and yes, we know how to play air hockey). All in all, these were not game changers for us as we didn't intend to play pool and air hockey the whole time, but it would have been nice to have the entertainment area in great working order when we did try and utilize the amenities, especially for the price you pay at this specific time of year. The kitchen was well stocked with the normal kitchen necessities you would need for your home away from home experience. Overall good experience.

For the most part, it was a very good experience, except for the last night some neighbors moved into another rental for the weekend and were very loud all night long. Tried to contact the Renter. He said it was out of his hands, and the police would have to handle it. I called the police, and they said there is no ordinance against loud noise. So he couldn’t really do anything. It’s hard to believe that a place would have no ordinance for disturbing the peace. It is one of the most basic ordinances out there. Oh well except for that incident it was great.

Will not come back

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was fine. It did fit our party of 8 comfortably but the cabin itself was not very clean. The floors in the downstairs bedroom were sticky and the floors were dirty. The beds were not the most comfortable and the bedding was itchy/ cheap. The cabin only came with a minimal amount of utensils so it was not accommodating for a party our size so I would bringing your own. The water pressure is terrible and the towels were very stiff and felt used. The location was about a 15 minute drive to Gatlinburg and a 25 minute drive to pigeon forge depending on traffic. Overall, we picked this place because of price but will definitely be staying somewhere else in the future.

As a plumber I would definitely recommend getting new ultra flush toilets because the ones there are old and needs work. I wish that the cabin would have been more handicap friendly. I say that because the bedrooms are etheir upstairs or downstairs and when you have a grown man who can't walk it made it very difficult for him to get to the bed or to take a shower.

Enjoyed the hot tub and gas grill worked great. Really enjoyed the pool table and spending time on the decks in rocking chairs. CONS: We were terribly disappointed that there were zero Christmas decorations up. Weve been coming in Dec for years and this was the first cabin we’ve stayed at with nothing. I bought 6 movies for us to watch and they were blue ray because the cabin listed blue ray players but every player in the cabin was basic dvd so we couldn’t watch them nor could we get the big screen tv upstairs to work. We didn’t call because not a reason to send someone out on Christmas to service. Only other issue was dish washer. We ran it twice and dishes weren’t clean. It’s just time for it to be replaced I think.

Definitely will be staying again with Elk Springs Resort in the future.

Fall Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is nice. Location is great in regards to proximity to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. The house is in a steep hillside so caution needed with children. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin upon arrival. Visibly dirty floors, dog food from previous guest in most rooms. Sheets in one bedroom did not appear to have been recently washed or had dirt from washer/dryer still on them. I understand this is a pet friendly cabin but for the price we hoped for more attention to detail when it came to cleaning of obvious dirt/food on floors. The resort staff is very kind and did call to check in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the past several years, our soccer team has stayed in several Elk Spring cabins. These cabins never disappoint! They are clean, well-maintained, have great amenities in each cabin and are a great location for us. We love them, and keep coming back!

Great getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took my dad to the mountains in Gatlinburg. This cabin was a great choice. We had so much room and plenty of outdoor spaces.The Elk Springs Resort team communicated very well! One thing was I read there was a screened in porch and I searched for it. Other than that,it was perfection and we will return soon.
