The house is beautiful! We were a group of 7. The open floor plan made it easy to interact with each other. The kitchen island was a great place to sit around and chat. The appliances are great and include a keurig coffee maker with pods. The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom had a tv. I would definitely rent again!

Beautiful home in a perfect spot

The house is beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Zero concerns of safety for ourselves or our rental car parked in the driveway. Would stay again if the need ever arises.

Super comfortable and tidy

This cozy four bedroom house was extremely comfortable and the host was very pleasant and accommodating. The home was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The upstairs office was a huge hit with one of my family members who's a medical director. We would definitely book with Jude again when we visit the area again.

House was nice and had everything needed. Host was very communicative. However, when one small direction was not met, I got some unhappy repeated texts. Our employees left garbage in the trash can but it was not put in a trash bag. I understand the inconvenience but felt as a 75 cleaning fee was a bit excessive.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting the good communication during your stay. Regarding the trash fee, I did send the house rules twice prior to check-in, which include the requirement to bag all garbage before placing it in the bin. Unfortunately, the trash collection service refused pickup due to loose garbage, which required me to personally drive one hour to the property and one hour back, bag the trash, and haul multiple full bags inside my car to the disposal site. This went beyond standard cleaning and involved significant additional time, labor, and cost. I sent one message with photos to explain the situation for transparency. I appreciate your cooperation otherwise and wish you the best in future travels.

I was a bit disappointed with this stay. The home was nice and in a quiet neighborhood, however I found the communication with the host to be quite poor and that negatively impacted our overall experience. Before check in, I messaged asking if the home would be available any earlier and in 4 hours never received a response. It wasn’t a problem that early check in wasn’t available, but the lack of response felt unprofessional. Upon arriving, the door code didn’t work. I had to call the host and he noted that he never saved the code for our stay and had to remotely unlock the door for us over the phone. Then again at check out, I asked whether the 10am checkout was flexible and only received a response after a follow up asking him to please respond. In my opinion, hosting a VRBO is a professional commitment to hospitality, and guests should be able to rely on at least an acknowledgment of their requests, even if the answer is no. The basic amenities in the home, such as the toilet paper, could use an upgrade to make the home feel more comfortable. Our family also found the beds and pillows to be much more firm than we found comfortable, although I’ll say that’s our preference. I think this stay could be very comfortable with a bit more care taken by the host to provide a better customer experience!
