Great property for what we needed. I appreciated that the owner was reachable if needed. We did need to make a Publix run for toilet paper and laundry detergent after our first day, but other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you!

This house was the perfect size for us. The rooms were a nice size and having 2 living spaces gave good separation. A few items we encountered, need more garbage containers ie one in the patio especially. Also, there were no extra garbage bags to replace full one in kitchen. Please add instructions to the book on how to turn on fan in patio and how to lock front door. We encountered this type lock at another location. Otherwise we would not know how to lock the door.

The house was a nice location with ample parking. It was close to restaurants, Jackie Robinson facility and the beach. Even though it was on a busy street, the traffic noise was not bad inside the house. Because there was so much parking, you could turn around in the driveway. The beds were comfortable and the house was furnished nicely. We did enjoy the lounge chairs on the pool deck. The only negative thing we could say is that the Blackstone grill that was mentioned in the listing was too filthy to use. That was a bit disappointing. We would highly recommend this listing!

Perfect place to getaway!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is nice and well laid out. Lots of space to hang together and a nice enclosed pool area. Location is great as it’s close to shopping and beach.

The house was clean. The weather was cool so pool heater could not keep up and did not get to use the pool. Supplies in kitchen for cooking were limited, the host was very responsive to questions. We did encounter any problems while there.

Relaxing Getaway

Rented Josh’s property for 5 days. The house was very spacious and spotless. We spent most of our time in the beautiful pool and ate our dinners out on the lanai. The weather was perfect. Everything you need is close by. I would rent again

Perfect layout for family!

This house has the perfect layout for one or more families to stay! Spacious and clean, multiple dining areas in home and great patio pool area outside for sun/shade enjoyment, minutes away from shopping and 15 minutes from the ocean/beach! Lots of parks and hiking trails within minutes, all the amenities were here- just pick up a few groceries and your all set for the week!

Vero Beach House

The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom off the master bedroom is enormous and so pretty! Beautiful tile and we love the dolphin faucets. The outdoor space was wonderful for eating meals and enjoying the pool. The owner was very prompt with communication and even bought a blender when I had asked if there was one at the house. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion so you won’t need to pack those items. Plenty of towels for bathing and also for out by the pool. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Vero Beach.

Check-in and checkout were smooth and easy. Property was extremely clean and spacious. Listing photos were accurate. Location was 15 minutes or less to everything - beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. Bathrooms were huge and more than enough towels were provided. Loved the outdoor area and the lanai saved us from bugs and critters. House is on a main road but driveway is large enough to turn around and not have to back out. Only 2 very minor issues noted during our stay - 1) I think pool maintenance was scheduled on one of the days during our stay and more chemicals were dumped in? We came back from dinner to jump in the pool and you could smell it as soon as you went in the backyard, which wasn’t the case the rest of the time we were there. My husband and daughter swam anyway and got some minor irritation in their eyes and on their skin, but nothing major or lasting. Maybe just a scheduling issue but figured we’d mention. 2) This was more an error on our part, but we didn’t realize there was only a TV in one out of the four bedrooms, and it wasn’t the primary bedroom. Again, not a big deal since there were TVs in the 2 common areas as well as a TV in the outdoor pool area. Would book again and recommend to others visiting the area.

Hi, we’re Josh and Amy! I’m originally from Maine, and Amy is from Michigan. We've both lived in Vero Beach for over 18 years, and this home was our primary residence for the past 13 years. We love this area for its beautiful weather, outdoor activities, and small-town feel with a friendly community.

We also enjoy traveling and understand how important it is to have a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. Hosting gives us the chance to share our home and town with others, and we strive to make every guest’s stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
